Upon looking down, Thomas would see that Fernando's Pokemon had protected him from the avalanche. The Interpol Agent was relieved that he didn't have to occupy a Pokemon with the task of digging him or his Pokemon out of the avalanche. Thomas would call out Kalameet the Hydreigon from his Pokeball, right below him. Kiryu would let go of Thomas, allowing Thomas to ride the Hydreigon through this battle.

As the group of thieves began their charge towards the two men, they were greeted by the Blizzard. Upon feeling the Ice Shards slicing through their clothing and flesh, the men would hastily retreat to cover. By the time they were in cover, most, if not all of those involved in the charge were bleeding, their blood trickled on the snow serving as a mark for their failed attempt to charge the duo.


"They wanna play that way, fine! Whip 'em out, boys!", the leader of the pack told his boys. The leader would pick a Pokeball off of his belt, sending out his Houndoom. The other members of the group would send out their Fire-types, all of them either being first stage or mid-stage. From there, they would charge towards the blue-haired man and his two Ice-types, ready to counteract any oncoming Blizzard with Heat Wave.

Upon seeing the opposition start running out of cover, Thomas wasted no time in having Kalameet start blasting at them with Dragon Pulse from the sky. While he could've easily wiped them all out with an Earthquake from his Flygon, he was chiefly afraid of friendly fire, and not to mention causing yet another avalanche. Instead, his Flygon would be calling down Rock Slides onto the charging Pokemon thieves, as well as their Fire-types.

notes: Bandits desperately take cover while getting cut the fuck up. Bandits send out their Fire-types to try to counteract the Blizzard. Thomas's Hydreigon & Flygon start attacking them from the air as they charge.

As Fernando brings out a Blastoise, most of the bandits look on in horror, and ready themselves to retreat. "Any of you start runnin', I rip off yer legs!", the bandit leader threatened, causing his men to fall back into line. It was then that he would summon a Gastrodon from its capsule. The Gastrodon, thanks to Storm Drain, would absorb the Hydro Pumps coming in, taking in the water and absorbing it into itself. While they would continue their advance, the Gastrodon would fire off an Ice Beam at the Flygon, hoping to quickly eliminate one pest.

Kiryu, remaining calm, would dodge the attack by banking to the left, performing a Dragon Dance once he was in the clear. Kiryu would quickly dive to the ground, and begin to burrow underground. He would attempt to tunnel his way behind the enemy forces, before resuming his assault. Meanwhile, Kalameet would Work himself Up, before firing off another Dragon Pulse at the congregation of hellhounds.

While the Houndour attempted to rush forward to occupy the enemy, the Houndoom and Gastrodon remained with their master, with the Houndoom beginning to take in whatever sunlight he could, before he could fire off a Solar Beam at the Blastoise that threatened them. Meanwhile, the Gastrodon, who was there primarily to deal with whatever water-based attacks the pair would try to use, would set its sights on the Hydreigon, trying to get its aim together, and fire off an Ice Beam at the dark dragon.

Any of the Houndour that managed to break ahead would start to spew Flamethrowers, graduating from hot air, to jets of fire in their assault.

notes: Bandit leader sends in a Gastrodon, and begins to fire back. While the cannon fodder try to draw aggro, bandit leader's Pokemon get themselves ready to attack Blastoise and Hydreigon.

The Gastrodon's focus would be broken by the barrage of Flash Cannons coming from the Blastoise. The flash of silver light would blind the Gastrodon, throwing off its shot, while giving Kalameet a mark on its position. The Hydreigon would fire off a pair of Dragon Pulses from two of its heads, blasting at the large slug. The combined onslaught of the Flash Cannons, as well as the Dragon Pulses, were more than enough to take out the Gastrodon, thus freeing up the use of Water attacks.

Before the Seismitoad would unleash the torrent of Muddy Water to sweep up the wave of Houndour, Kiryu would emerge from the snow-covered earth, behind the group. Whatever would remain conscious from the wave of Muddy Water would be finished off by the ensuing Rock Slide called down by the Flygon.

The leader, and most of the attacking gang members, gripped onto trees so as to not be swept up by the Muddy Water. All they could do was watch on in horror as the two-pronged attack would finish off their Pokemon. Those that failed to find something to grab onto would be rendered unconscious as the wave of Muddy Water subsided.

"Shit, retreat!", the leader called out, recalling his Pokmeon before making a break for it. The conscious members of the Poochyenas would frantically recall their unconscious Pokemon, before making a break for it. Kiryu would attempt to give chase, aiming to grab whoever he could.

When all was said and done, Thomas and Kalameet flew over to the unconscious Poochyenas. At this point, Thomas pulled out a pack of cable ties from a pouch on a saddle fitted to the Hydreigon. He would begin to cuff the hands of the unconscious bandits, and placing them in a grouped up area. He would bring Brutus back out. "Brutus, keep an eye on them.", he would tell the Pangoro. "I'll call this in!", he'd tell Fernando, as he reached for his phone.
