so, like, i'm debating make another character. only reason i'd want to play them is if i can get a good story arc.

here's a quick tl;dr:

• heir of silph co
• intentionally made kanto weak to create strife
• set up secret army to rival rocket / league 
• comes to hoenn to destabilize the region and increase strength / reach 
• extreme proficient in planned out one versus one, exploiting ic weaknesses 
• scheme, scheme, scheme

so what do i need? just a bunch of minions of all levels of loyalties. would love to have someone super dedicated for a really intimate reason. more tense connections would be good as well. if you have a good character who you want to do bad things, or even give them a purpose that you can't think of, i'd love to set some schemes and blackmail. they can be fresh or existing characters, just as long as you don't mind rping w/ different people and different characters. i just want hoenn's secret suicide squad without the suicide.
