[attr="class","spiral"]fernando does not let his pokemon out frequently. not within the public sphere and not outside of his own compound. nowadays, he considers league headquarters his own and it shows with how the pokemon are allowed free roam. today's focus is that of his riolu. the small pokemon has been one of his long time staples but refrains from progressing into its adult form. he keeps it small and lithe with purpose, allowing the pokemon to evolve at its own discretion. the riolu is curious but timid above all else. it finds itself people watching during downtime and maintains a distance from others. today is no different and it stands in the cafeteria, watching the people line up with their trays, eager for lunch. the uniformity of it all still astounds the pokemon and it stands there with a paw to its snout.
