Well both Blake and Ayame are both rockets, so that gives us enough reason to plot them together right there. Beyond that, I think they could relate on a level where they had high expectations of them when they were children. I think it forces them to act differently from each other, but that's all rooted in one place. On top of that, if we're going to keep our memories from this raid, Blake's got a few words for Ayame as it is.

her past holds a special place in her heart; one that can make that her blood boil and stomach churn. she really doesn't like her family and the restraints they put on her back then, so she's become pretty rebellious (at least, towards them). [break][break]

if they remember the dreams of what happened, i hope you know she's gonna fret over his arm and let out the loudest damned sigh once she's realized that it's still there. i can see her trying to find him after it, too, just to make sure that people who die in the dream don't actually die, and just wake up? if anything it'll be to check up on him, and to talk about the raid.
