Isra joins her not a moment longer and Stormy glances at her, pleased by the familiarity of her friends face in the moonlight. She's comforted immediately by her calmness and quiet tone. With her, everything feels okay.[break][break]

However, the challenge she poses makes Stormy's breath catch in her throat as her eyes widen and she glances at the Budew. They sleep soundly under the moon but still she feels her palms sweat and tremble with the challenge.[break][break]

"I-I'm not sure."[break][break]

Isra gently strokes the leaves and they don't stir, so she reaches out slowly, deliberately, and gently brushes her own fingertips against the Pokemon's leaves. [break][break]

With a deep breath, she begins to delicately break away those closest to her. She's holding her breath.[break][break]

She watches, eyes following her movements over the leaves of the budew. Isra's own find their way to the proper ones, the leaves that will be most potent, plucking them with a gentleness that's almost unfitting. Control, restraint, something she has been hard pressed to learn as a child.

"The answer is always yes. Sometimes, just not well yet." isra says, plainly. A recitation of words from something when she was younger, soothing words of an echo that's no longer there.

Isra stands once she's content with the amount she's plucked and waits, because stormy must return first along the trail her pokemon gives. Therecs no point in disturbing them now.

Stormy reclines when she believes she'd found enough good ones and is visibly relieved when Isra has her own handful. Together they're certain to have enough to bring the Ampharos out of its terrible illness.[break][break]

The woman nods slowly at Isra's response. She isn't sure what to make of it, whether it's a chastising comment or something meant to be uplifting and comforting. It's hard to tell with her.[break][break]

Regardless, she stands back up, careful not to disturb the sleeping Pokemon and turns to follow the path she had come from. The darkness is uncomfortable but she urges herself to trust it.[break][break]

Her steps are silent as she retraces her steps and comes back from where she came. [break][break]

"If you'll have me, I'll come with you to the lighthouse."[break][break]

She says this when they're far enough away, and her hand brushes her belt and the Charizard within it. It would be faster for them to fly, and if Isra takes the lead, Stormy would willingly follow her.[break][break]

isra doesn't inquire or say anything further. The truth is it's not really her place to have even said anything at all but she does it like a compulsion. Rooted in something she has long since let go of.

It's a contemplation lost into the silence of the forest pond. The woman is content to let her mind go quiet as they walk back, her ghosts shadow offering her cooling feet a moments solace from the cold ground just as it keeps stormy quiet.

"It seems only natural, we're both heading that way after all, i imagine." isra needs to know if it will work, after all.

A flick of her wrist brings about her discolored noivern, a prime choice in the dark of the night. Isra wastes no time mounting and taking to the skies. Her time limits runs out a little more each passing moment after all.

Stormy nods quietly, releasing her black Charizard alongside Isra's off-coloured Noivern. Together, they quickly and silently take to the sky. Time is of the essence and they fly swiftly. [break][break]

Over the course of the trip, Stormy thinks hard about the directions to the remedy. They have to get it right, or else this is all in vain.[break][break]

It doesn't take long for them to reach the lighthouse, and Wadjet lands on the balcony of the building neatly. Stormy quickly waves the Pokemon off. The beast pushes off to disappear for a while, sure to return when Stormy needed her.[break][break]

"I remember making it into a tea or drink. Whatever the case, the Ampharos needs to ingest every part of the recipe."[break][break]

The flight itself is quiet, the only noise to bother them is the rushing wind in their ears but in a way Isra finds it comforting. The open air is vacant of things to think about and worry of. Even with the task at hand when they land Isra finds that her mind is void of thought again, enjoying the silence.

They land on the balcony and Isra slips off the back of her pokemon with a well practiced grace. The bat receives a pat to the side before being allowed to stretch his wings after the long flight, though she suspects he'll choose to rest instead.She turns to stormy more because she speaks than because of anything else.

"o be honest I am a horrible cook." she offers a playful but reassuring grin. "But tea I can handle."

Without sparing further time on the matter Isra enters the lighthouse, the remedy fresh in her mind and confidant that between the two of them they can manage to not kill the Ampharos.

Stormy smiles a bit at that as she, too, is a horrible cook. Over time, the smell of warm tea begins to fill the air. It's a calming sensation and she finds herself relaxing with it. [break][break]

When they do eventually nurse the Ampharos back to health, there's a sense of relief. [break][break]

The Ampharos slowly gets back to a sitting position with the help of Stormy. Isra's technique with the tea warms the pit of the sick Pokemon's stomach, the Budew leaves kicking in to eradicate whatever ailed him.[break][break]

"You're gonna be okay, hey? Maybe stop scrounging for so many meals in places we shouldn't though, cool? Cool."[break][break]

She tickles the beast under its yellow chin and smiles. [break][break]

Job well done.[break][break]
