The nidoqueen would succeed with its BODY SLAM, leaving the hippowdon fazed enough to be vulnerable for its SUPERPOWER toss. However, hippowdon detests being manhandled. As the nidoqueen picked the hippo up, using the very last bit of its strength to squirm and turn itself to face the nidoqueen, the hippowdon would then deliver a mighty CRUNCH to the nidoqueen as it had been lifted. Should the hippo's CRUNCH hit and successfully bite down on any part of the nidoqueen, it would keep its jaw tightly shut and clamped on the nidoqueen, in hopes of taking the rhino down together with it.

Regardless, with a CRUNCHed nidoqueen or none, the hippowdon would end up being slammed hard on the ground, however, it wasn't over for the hippowdon, not yet. As soon as it had hit the ground, the hippowdon began to DIG down and aimed for the power plant's basement.

While the league scum might have his nidoqueen and nidoking, he did have a royal pair of his own. For now, he called forth for his queen. The alolan ninetales had been sent out with a mere tap on its assigned pokeball. The fox stood beside Lucius, keeping him guard.

However, the lucario was simply too fast. The lucario would hit Lucius away after making contact wiith its EXTREME SPEED, sending the poor man flying off to the side, breaking a few of his bones. Lucius coughed up blood, his eyes filled with killing intent. He raised his doublade over his head and scratched each other's blades together, creating one ear shattering METAL SOUND for everyone outside the power plant to hear.

At the very least, his alolan ninetales was able to come up with a suitable action in retaliation against the lucario. Now, the lucario was at its mercy. The alolan ninetales would shoot an ICE BEAM towards the lucario in an attempt to deal heavy damage, if not, FREEZE it.

"Heavenly Father! Punish their souls with eternal damnation!"

He spoke, laughing right after, his madness slowly seeping through.

tl;dr:
hippowdon uses CRUNCH in an attempt to bite down and drag the nidoqueen as it was slammed with SUPERPOWER.
hippowdon uses DIG immediately after hitting the ground. It aimed for the basement, digging as fast as it could.
alolan ninetales sent out.
impact from EXTREME SPEED hits Lucius and sends him flying to the side a few feet.
makes his doublade emit an ear piercing METAL SOUND by scratching both blades.
alolan ninetales would revenge his owner using ICE BEAM against the lucario in hopes of freezing it.

"A couple of minutes ain't much of a bother, miss." Lucius smiled as he offered the lady a hand to help her steady herself.

With cait's remarks, Lucius couldn't help but smirk. His crimson orbs gleamed back the same manner hers did, perhaps as a mutual understanding of each other's intentions. "Nothing's free nowadays..." He replied. "To donate is for charity, and I'm not much of the charitable kind. Something in exchange for my service is to be expected, as always."

"Hotel it is?" He asked. "Let me walk you over, you know, the dark of the night is never safe." It is true, for it is at night when the likes of him prowl in search of meek prey.

Lucius scaled the apartment using victreebel's vines, reaching the top, he took his partner's hand and heaved himself up and over the balcony's railings. The glass window stood before him, now was his turn to utilize his tools.

Out came his doublade, silently hovering a few inches beside him. "Open says me." He whispered. The doublade, being trained not only for combat but also for the art of illegal acts, knew exactly what to do. Its SHADOW SNEAK allowed the doublade's shadow to creep under the glass window and over to the other side.

The amorphous blob of a shadow wrapped itself around the door's lock and twisted to the side, a click made it evident that the door was now, in fact, open. The shadow reeled back towards the pair of blades as Lucius recalled his doublade back to its ball.

"Well, why don't we take this time to know each other..." He said as he sneaked in through the apartment, taking each step as light as he possibly could. "Or play a game of cards, I'm sure we have time."

Lucius craved for more power. His delusional ideals simply kept him searching for stronger and stronger companions. his Rook, hippowdon, was simply not enough. Realizing the power of its kind, he went to the caves in search of potential candidates for his second rook.

Lucius roamed the damp, moist cave, his Queen, alolan ninetales, followed suit only a few inches behind. Noticing a faint glow nearby, Lucius decided to check, hoping for a good catch. Peering through the corner, it wasn't a pokemon he saw, but the backside of a lady.

The SANDSTORM was cleared and Lucius couldn't be more disappointed, however, with the weather clearing up, it only meant more trouble for league forces as he'd now be able to send out his other mons without the sandstorm posing a problem.

The eruption of the ground beneath the hippowdon caused the huge pokemon to be shot away from the power plant, towards the two nidos NIKOLAI PETROV brought with him. The hippowdon, due to its weight alone, wasn't flung that far by the EARTH POWER unleashed by Nikolai's doing. However, it was still sent to a range where the nidoqueen's TOXIC would hit it, poisoning the poor hippo.

The hippowdon made glances, left and right, in search for its trainer from afar. Seeing the hippowdon eye to eye, Lucius merely gave it a thumbs up with his left hand which then slowly rotated into that of a thumbs down. With that gesture done and made, the hippowdon knew exactly what it must do. Wreck the absolute hell out of everything.

The hippowdon had let out a mighty cry as it began to furiously stomp its feet, despite being evidently weakened by the poison it was afflicted with, the hippowdon kept a show of its impressive strength and resilience. The ground shook with each stomp, and with each stomp, the ground shook harder. In little to no time, an EARTHQUAKE took place, violently shaking the ground encompassing the entire area.

Finally, with one last stomp, a FISSURE formed on the ground, intensified by the ongoing EARTHQUAKE, causing the earth below to violently split. The crack hastily approached towards the direction of the two nidos near it, NIKOLAI PETROV , and persephone amavi , together with everything and everyone it passed on its way. Everything caught in the way of this FISSURE would be engulfed by it, causing them to fall a deep fall beneath the earth should they be unfortunate enough. Once this FISSURE settles, it would form one large, deep ravine.

Whilst all this happened, doublade was sent out for Lucius to wield, a tight grip on both blades' hilts with one blade on each hand. The doublade's IRON DEFENSE made it a lot sturdier, allowing for more violent stabs and slashes, hopefully allowing it to withstand strong clashes. Lucius swung the blade as one poor plant worker ran past him, leading to the worker being sliced cleanly across the stomach. Despite the tremor that shook the earth below them, Lucius stood tall and adamant.

He laughed.

Mercy didn't have its place here.

tl;dr:
hippowdon made an EARTHQUAKE
hippowdon followed up with a FISSURE, the crack traveling towards the two nidos near him, NIKOLAI PETROV , persephone amavi , and everything/everyone else in between.
doublade was sent out. Lucas wields the doublade with one sword in each hand.
doublade has its IRON DEFENSE on, making it sturdier to widthstand harsher clashes.
Lucas straight up slices an insignificant worker's guts out using the doublade he wielded.

"Forgive me Father... for I shall sin."

Lucius was one of those who led their division towards the powerplant, while he might prefer to attack the headquarters instead, trashing the powerplant would most probably be the second best thing. With his pokemon's optimum skill set, specifically his hippowdon's, he was one of the few Rocket members who was handpicked for this particular task.

The group of renegades rushed towards the powerplant, a few brave souls tried to defend their workplace; powerplant workers gave it their all using their arsenal of mostly electric pokemons. Lucky enough, his hippowdon, Rook, was immune to electricity.

He sent the sand filled hippopotamus out. As the hippowdon entered the fray, sand began to pour out from the hippo's various orifices, mixing with the air. Eventually, the presence of sand grew more and more, slowly turning into a SANDSTORM that engulfed the area with the hippowdon at its epicenter due to its SAND STREAM.

Lucius was buffeted by the sandstorm, his skin being burned and scratched by the sand that traveled through the air at such high speeds. To him, the pain was nothing but a small price to pay for his inevitable victory. The hippowdon positioned itself right at the main, and only, entrance of the facility. The hippowdon sat there, hoping that the sandstorm his pokemon brought would at least prevent a handful of those attempting to exit the facility.

Mercy didn't have its place here.

Lucius shielded his eyes using both his arms as he had his head ducked down, a grin forming as even he could feel the danger of his own pokemon, what more if it actually made a move.

tl;dr:
hippowdon was sent out
due to its ability, SAND STREAM, a SANDSTORM brew up.
hippowdon positioned itself to block the entraince/exit, bringing the SANDSTORM closer, stronger around it.

"Dancer." Lucius echoed, somehow relaxing knowing that it wasn't a cop who he's been talking to. For what he knew, she could've sighted his face on any wanted poster he might've had; if he had one, that is.

Such personal questions always made Lucius panic a little, it always made him feel vulnerable, as if the person before him was onto him. Lucius simply had to tell what he had always claimed to others "I offer personal security services." He said, his tone was unwavering, evident that lying had always been the usual for him. "Nothing too big."

"Look, I think you need help, rest, whatever. Hospital or home?" He asked. As always, Lucius' concern grew to be more than that of a mere farce. Perhaps the thought of having a score was part of this act. "I can join you on the way to wherever, why not?" At the back of his head, he hoped for the lady to pick her home.

"Not for long, you won't." Lucius said, hinting at her blood loss. He should know much about it, being an assassin and all made his knowledge about the human body rival that of a licensed doctor.

Lucius didn't want to be called out for doing absolutely nothing in her time of dire need, hence, he did what little he could. "I'm Lu-" He paused, remembering to take precaution. "I'm Luke." A smooth save.

Lucius took out his white handkerchief, wrapping it around the lady's wound in order to prevent further blood loss.

"What are you even?" He asked. "Full-time cop?"

"Man, you get shit like this from shoplifters nowadays?" Lucius took a gander at her wound. It wasn't much of a threat, though her blood loss was something she had to be concerned of. Lucius tried his best to mask his irritation, he should've just went on his own merry way. There was no turning back, or else, he'd be a prime suspect.

Lucius definitely wanted less attention from the authorities considering his allegiance to Rocket, and helping a random stranger was a small price to pay to avoid potential problems.

He sighed. "Sorry, no knife..." He paused. "... But I do have a doublade though."
