there will be FIFTEEN POST ROUNDS IN TOTAL meaning each person ( you, your opponent, and myself ) will be making FIFTEEN POSTS EACH. the order will go as follows:

• rinse and repeat my post, end of round 2.

so, with a short summary, adelaide and wren were put against one another because it held interesting plot potential. considering wren barely got by and adelaide flawlessly came into round 2. the audience and judges found the two to be polar opposites. wren lacks what adelaide possesses. the anticipation to see how wren will fair this round will mean that many heavy eyes will be all on her. adelaide is currently a fan favorite, but will wren take the notes given to her from round 1 and show growth in round 2?

the results were in. each individual respectively earning their score. "with that being said, i'd like to thank everyone for their effort in round one!" the crowd roared with excitement. a wave of applauses swarmed the contest hall. "it was a hard decision to make, but we have decided that instead of only two moving into the next round, there will be four!" the crowd murmured and conversed amongst themselves with shock.[break][break]

for there to have been four could only mean their skills as coordinators were being noticed. "for the next round we will be moving onto the battle portion, details on that matter will be revealed once the preparations have been made." evelyn would look to the scoreboard that would indicate the four individuals moving onto the next. the following were:

with the participants of round two chosen. evelyn would allow the coordinators a chance of rest. for the next round wouldn't be so easy compared to this one.

Billi Marsh, now that's what i call a slay. oricorio's ability to gently shift your aesthetic into the next phase was very crisp. this was a strong performance, but we feel as though there could have been more. i feel as though, had you brought a sensu-style oricorio, there would have been a stronger presence from not just you but your pokemon as well. your costume seems to have overshadowed oricorio, and what we crave is a balance between both man and pokemon. you have a strong ability to exhibit grace and elegance that commands the attention of all in the room, but that power should be shared with your pokemon who should equally match that. i believe you have a great future ahead of you when it comes to coordinating, marsh. i know there's great potential in you.

wren rourke, that was a stunning performance your pidgeot poured its heart into. acting as a beacon of hope--a ray of light--it reminded us of the legendary phoenix, embracing the crowd with its warmth. sadly, i can't say the same for their trainer. as beautiful as you may look, there was no confidence found in your performance. it was a giveaway that you were a novice, you have talent and a long way to go wren. i hope to see more of you, but with a stronger resolve. in order for a pokemon to truly shine, the trainer must shine just as bright. being a coordinator is no different from a trainer. you can't turn away, all eyes are on you just as they are the pokemon. if you make it to the next round, i expect you to bring a stronger conviction and to shine as equally bright.

Rex Drago, what a interesting display. representing the totem of death and fear while simultaneously representing the opposite symbolism of hope and prosperity. a symbol of death carrying the reminder of the fear of starvation, only if the crows eat the harvest; on the other hand, we would prefer it serve more as a symbol of harvest and plenty. i think you would have earned more points by using an actual honchkrow, while also inciting more 'hope' into the performance rather than fear. perhaps if this were a halloween contest you'd have a stronger lead. this was definitely a fun performance, but we would like to see more out of your pokemon next time.

oscar clayton, what a haunting performance. had this been a halloween focused theme you would have been sure to take first place. the spectral waltz was very mesmerizing, the hidden dissonance that acted as a cue was quite the touch. but, sadly, i think it's safe to say that we didn't feel much of the theme within your performance. you had the right idea, but a not so great execution. as a novice trainer, you should feel proud regardless. a performance like this has definitely earned yourself a memorable presence. you coordinators would do best to watch out for "the ghost of dissonance".

chryssa glasgow, when the kricketunes cry. it's a serenade that is released to serve that the end of summer is nigh, they are harbingers of autumn; heralds of warm, dry days ahead. a unique performance indeed, chryssa. it was as if, in someway, the season of autumn became personified. your creative choice was definitely an intriguing one, but i feel as though you could hhave given us more. regardless, good job, we hope to see more of you in the future.

Stormy Silph, the freedom found within your performance was strong. your representation of tatsuta-hime was also strong, you can thank your pokemon for that. it complimented you very well. i saw little to no hesitation in your performance either, like a goddess of autumn you held your head high as you soared over the audience. the rainbow trail you left behind was magnificent, alluring even. you did your homework and strongly stuck to the theme of the contest.

Kazimir Wynter, your raichu's costume is just adorable. the dance, the leaves, and the execution of double team really made the crowd cheer with glee. if i may be so forward, i think the crowd and i were expecting more of a ceremonial performance rather than the electric boogaloo. you have a strong asset in the art of entertainment, even the costume as well! you definitely have the foundation of being a coordinator, now it's time to work on that execution. if you keep at it and practice hard, you'll even give johto's top coordinator a run for their money. i hope to see more of you and your raichu in the future.

kyle lopez, another representation of ho-oh's history. it's said that when three pokemon perished in a tower found within the region of johto, the cause was due to a lightning strike. there, ho-oh had bestowed upon those three a second chance at life. your performance was strong, but i don't think the crowd can agree with the representation. as beautiful as it was, it felt as if you focused more on the disaster rather than the legendary itself. still, it was a strong performance nonetheless. though, for our hoenn residents at home, the meaning behind your performance may be a headscratcher.

Adelaide Whiteley, what a memorable performance, "the lady in autumn" is what i'd like to call it. it was beautiful, a stunning performance that executed a unison between coordinator and performer. while representing autumn's color, the glitter that scattered across the audience felt as if you and ribombee were bestowing some sort of blessing. the performance you and ribombee displayed showered us with a feeling of freedom, as if you were a vessel speaking and performing for ho-oh itself. marvelous display, adelaide, or should i say "lady of the autumn".

Valerio Dachev (vanessa), lady vanessa has returned to reclaim her chance at victory. sadly, lady vanessa, that may not be possible. this wasn't exactly your strongest performance, and we were hoping for more out of "the crimson princess". your confidence really makes your pokemon's performance stand out. although you're a crowd favorite, we would have liked to see more out of your pokemon's performance. you're no novice anymore lady vanessa, and we expect to see a performance that matches the confidence. we know you're better than this, crimson princess!

Josh Dragomir, to bring the creation of rainbow wing to life, as well as ho-oh's symbolic legend. you've truly done your research. i think it's best to say you succeeded in entertaining the crowd. those who are a resident of johto should be well aware of the inspiration behind this graceful performance. if i may be so bold, the performance would have been even stronger if you had done more; for instance, it's said that those who wield the rainbow wing are recognized as "the rainbow hero" and are allowed to challenge ho-oh himself. i understand you tried to keep dragonite hidden, but it would have been nice to see them fully emerge before you once the rainbow wing was given. nonetheless, this was a stellar performance. we hope to see more of you, mr. dragomir.
