Admittedly, 'smooth' was a rather tall order. There was no telling who was guarding the cargo, and with the looming threat of the Interdream Mist, what could intervene on who's behalf. But it would be something Dorian would work towards. "Of course.", he'd reply.

"You won't be disappointed, sir!", Dorian proclaimed, grinning widely.

The truck began to make its pass around. Dorian deployed his old Emboar, Porkchop. "Porkchop, be a good boy, and stop that truck.", Dorian ordered the Emboar. With a cry of affirmation, the Emboar called down a Rock Slide around the corner. The truck was barely able to stop itself in time, as they rounded the corner into the impromptu roadblock.

Sir Floppy Kicks got himself ready for battle, building up his Agility in anticipation.

Dorian was surprised by the offering of whiskey. "Thank you.", he told the Beast, taking the offering. The spirits helped calm the man's nerves.

"I joined five years before Silas offed his old man, actually.", Dorian corrected Bryan. "Ended up stowing away on a freighter that went to Vermillion, THEO BECKETT found me stumbling around. Got me medical attention, and offered me a place in the organization. I've served out of gratitude ever since.", he'd elaborate.

"Right, we are not good people. But I take pride in loyalty. My loyalty is to Rocket as an organization, and the friends I've made in it.", he'd reply to the man. "Yeah, I'm grateful that he's alive. But I can't help but worry."

"Admin Alopex!", Dorian greeted the masked man, bowing respectfully to him. Despite the casual demeanor of the Admin, Dorian still showed the due respect an underling shows their superior. Despite the demeanor of the Dragapult, Dorian remained calm.

"Yes, sir.", Dorian answered his question. "Good, I'm looking forward to this.", the Mad Dog replied.

"Trust me, I know how to make this very fun, sir.", he'd assure the Admin, a bloodthirsty grin forming on his face.

The sight of someone chasing a mechanized Donphan into the ruins was a hard one to miss. Dorian began to shadow the woman on the Scolipede. It seemed that the pair had on regard for the traps they triggered on the way. Despite this, and given how loud she was being, Dorian was able to track her with ease.

Being here made him think of Harper Mann. The idea that she might've stowed away on a boat, and decided to explore worried him. Unlike their previous excursion into an ancient temple, the traps here clearly worked. The last thing he wanted was to discover her brutalized corpse impaled on a wall.

Dorian knew the voice of the woman shouting down the hall. After the volley of arrows finished shooting, Dorian followed the woman again, avoiding the pressure plates.

"Aren't you worried it might spawn something - ancient?", Dorian called out to the Ultramodernist, in a teasing tone. "If not for the Iron Treads you followed in here, I'd have never suspected you'd bother with a place so old.", he continued.

An Infernape followed closely to the Mad Dog, drawing something on a piece of paper.

Despite his attempts to calm himself, Dorian was unable to shake the rage that consumed him. Memories he once cherished, tainted by the revelations he faced. The ailments his best friend faced, all because of the man they served under, the man that made them Beasts.

"He shipped Chu-e off to be a lab rat for Kalos Branch. It served as his prison, where they conducted wretched experiments on him. And though he didn't share specifics about what they did to him, it left him in the horrid shape he's in today. Only reason he got out was because the Kalos League raided the place. He managed to pose as a captured Ranger to get himself out of dodge.", he'd tell Bryan.

Dorian needed a smoke, or a drink. He knew better than to light up in the medical bay, however.

Though one would count themselves lucky to have not only come out of the conflict not only in one piece, but better off, Dorian didn't see it that way. He had one job: prevent the prisoner from escaping. And he couldn't even do that. At the end of the day, a failure was a failure.

"If you say so.", Dorian remarked with a weary sigh, taking a sip of his own drink.

"Been breaking in new recruits. After the rash in defections we've faced from the more - idealistic elements, I've been acting as a sort of gatekeeper. Better that we give them an immediate reality check, than let them make progress before they get cold feet, right?", Dorian informed her.

What he didn't know was that one of these traitors, Rowan Wrynn , was her half-brother. Though he was clearly referring to not only him, but Isaac Merlo , among others.

The two Mythical Pokemon collided with one another violently. The Genesect was sent flying back by the impact of the quad Plasma Fists. The Genesect's hud was scrambled from the electrical interference. Despite this, the insect stood defiantly.

Dorian, having noticed the ghosts locking them down before left, grinned to the Gym Leader.

"We will meet again, count on it.", Dorian jeered.

The Genesect folded into its High Speed Flight Mode. Dorian grabbed onto the Geneset, the two of them taking off with the aid of the latter's Extreme Speed.

The battle was not going well, that much was clear. As much as Dorian hated to do it, the Mad Dog realized that retreat was absolutely necessary.

As rain fell on the battlefield, Dorian recalled his Houndoom, then sending out his Genesect, Prince Beepboop the Sixth.

Dorian grabbed onto the automaton. "Get us out of here!", Dorian ordered the insect.

The Genesect, having folded into its High Speed Flight Mode, dashed out of the area in a burst of Extreme Speed. Though they'd have to take the scenic route back to camp, medical treatment, and a party swap, was what Dorian needed.

Dorian glowered as the young man lied to their faces. He didn't need the heiress to confirm this to him. Dorian grabbed the prisoner by his hair, yanking him up to eye level.

"We know you're lying!", Dorian barked at the man, eyes filled with pure hatred and contempt.

"If you won't give us an answer, then you get to serve as an example.", Dorian coldly stated.

Dorian grabbed an oily rag from his 'tool box', along with some duct tape. Dorian violently stuffed the rag into the traitor's mouth, before sealing it with a few good passes of the duct tape roll.

Dorian took out a board and a knife, along with more zipties. First, he'd fix the board to the table tightly. After Dorian severed the zipties binding his wrists together, his Incineroar pinned down one of his hands, while Dorian ziptied his other hand to his bound ankles.

Dorian then strapped the hand the Incineroar seized to the board, his fingers spread out as far as they could go.

Dorian then began to stab down on the gaps between the fingers, each pass becoming quicker and more reckless. Until finally, Dorian severed the man's pinky. The traitor's screams of pain were muffled by the gag Dorian put in his mouth. In order to extend his misery, Dorian grabbed a piece of metal, heating it on the fiery belt of the Incineroar, before pressing it into the man's wound, cauterizing it painfully.

"If none of you are going to talk, then I'm gonna start taking more of his fingers!", Dorian growled at the other three.

The Mega Houndoom watched as the Type: Null was sent flying back. Despite this, the final Tri Attack from the chimera struck the Houndoom, knocking it out, and reverting the hellhound back to his normal state. Dorian recalled Bony Buddy, before turning his attention back to the battlefield.

That familiar Zeraora used a deft Bounce to avoid the Flamethrower. The Pyroar stood little chance, as the Zeraora landed back down, knocking out the Pyroar as well.

Instead of reacting with anger, Dorian grinned at Josh menacingly.

"I can go fast too, y'know.", Dorian replied, before sending out his secret weapon.

A Genesect took to the field. The automaton scanned the Zeraora, Downloading information that optimized its attack routines. With a burst of Extreme Speed, the Genesect lunged towards the Zeraora.

The Gliscor's satisfaction in striking the Seismitoad would be short lived, as the overgrown frog unleashed a brutal Hyper Voice from its bumps.

The Gliscor failed to recall its tail in time, the vibrations violently coursing through his body. The Gliscor let out one last agonized expression, before its insides were violently destroyed by the vibrations of the Seismitoad.

With an unceremonious thus, the Gliscor dropped to the ground, dead.

Bony Buddy continued to try to buck the crazed woman off of his back. As her handling got more aggressive, the Houndoom only got angrier. Finally having a moment of clarity after the initial panic, the Houndoom grabbed at the woman's ankle, as it dug into his flank.

If successful, the Houndoom would attempt to throw her forward as violently as he could. Following up on this, he'd attempt to burn her with a Flamethrower, payback for humiliating display.

Meanwhile, Dorian reached for a Pokeball.

Dorian watched as the Type: Null consumed a strange mushroom. Despite its muscles swelling, it would do little good.

The Mega Houndoom had ample opportunity to dodge the oncoming Crush Claw. Instead, the hellhound waited, growling angrily. Finally, as the chimera's claw came crashing down on him, the Mega Evolved Pokemon braced himself, allowing himself to take the attack.

In retaliation, the Mega Houndoom used its superheated tail to jab at the Type: Null, delivering a vicious Comeuppance on the artificial Pokemon.

Sir Fluffsworth Hotman attempted to blast at the man on the Zeraora with a Flamethrower.
