he was high as who knows what. the sticky sap had gotten all over his face: in his mouth, up his nose, around his eyes... and goro was TRIPPING BALLS. blissfully unaware of the chaos and carnage that surrounded him he saw some dogs make their way towards... "karsten?!" he shouted at Kazimir Wynter as he lumbered on over - everything a hallucinatory haze.

betty white clapped with glee as the dino and psychic type succumbed to their wounds, inhaling their lost souls into her ghastly form. delicious. not caring much for what happened, she retreated back towards where she had last seen goro - and nabbed the demonic mime jr by his jingling bell hat. they floated over the battlefield and it was then that lil nas x saw his idol: the super mega ultra clown. pure... perfection!

goro stumbled on towards kaz, the sap and poison coursing through him making it difficult to tell anyone apart. the clown mistook kaz for an old, long dead, friend. "when didja quit the circus?" he chuckled, giving one of the weird green dogs a pat on the head as he pulled kaz into a BEAR HUG.

overhead, lil nas x broke free and catapulted himself towards the duo and betty white swiftly followed behind. what the fuck. she couldn't leave her trainer alone for a second... with a wave of her phantasmal claw, she tried to put a HYPNOSIS over kaz and keep goro from falling over. again.

lil nas x, however, had bigger plans. bigger dreams. shadows began to flare around the mime jr as he cackled, the sound echoing through what was left of the basement. darkness spread from him and as he lifted his devilish paws into the air he MIMICed the ULTRA CLOW, opening up a WORMHOLE for kaz, goro, and co to slip away into. the last thing that could be heard was the cackling of mad clown.

he had managed to escape priam conrad 's grasp, but that was when face met tree - a massive branch swinging out and smacking him in the face. whatever forward momentum goro had was gone now, as he slid unceramoniously to the ground and washed up on the ebbing toxic tides, his conscious fading in and out.

meanwhile, snoop dog wasn't doing too hot either. the evil hat witch had rained down the heavens and that punk ass psychic had really done some damage. with not much left to lose, the pea brained t rex dinosaur waggled his little arms... and the floor beneath them began to give way as his ANCIENT POWER ripped apart the ground - enlarging the hole the legendary fairy type had just flushed!

beneath him, lil nas x caught sight of the island pokemon and used COPY CAT to steal SURF; unleashing a torrent of shadow fueled water out towards the tree - and more importantly, to quickly begin to fill up b3 with water! the prince of chaos and clownery was trying to... flood the floor?!

rising through the floor, betty white spied her stupid ally and his wounds. the haunter could smell the sweet putrid scent of death lingering over snoop dog, and was summoned to b2. a cackle betrayed her location near the tree as POISON GAS seeped from her cartoonish mouth and began to fill the room with toxic gas.

the water woke goro, his face ached and bruising shades of violet replaced the gray paint on the clown's face. he looked around in a daze for something to grab onto - a branch! a root? was that.. slime? sap? ... something else? he didn't care and made his way towards the exposed root, falling face first into the mysterious liquid as a stray branch decked him in the knees!

goro had slipped in amongst the other rockets: dominic sinclair Eva Dumont marcel maeda @zacharias to name a few, right after his demon prince had set the whole floor a fire mere moments ago - meanwhile, he had lost track of Katherine Fairburne trying to get out of that stuffy trap filled storage area; and now, he was at the root of the matter. and then one of those PUNKS had his fucking ghost screech a song. a song of death.

it wasn't easy on the ears, to say the least, and goro was ready to recall his mime jr when he was suddenly MANHANDLED. literally. men and manly pokemon grabbed at him before he could click the shiny red recall button; and all hell broke loose. lil nas x was a copy cat; and sang his own twisted lil perish song as he did a backflip to avoid the apparent sewage spill that was a sludgewave descending from the heavens. betty white, the fiendish haunter, was no better. she tagged along with the prince of chaos, and as she levitated around the tree, eldritch CURSEs left her mouth.

goro tried to dive past priam's grasp - keeping up the act (?) of his chaotic clown - and army crawled after his devilish pokemon. meanwhile, up above, snoop dog was flying. for the first, and presumably last, time. the giant trex fell quick and fast, SLAMMING into the floor with a thunderous crash. the trex recognized the immediate threat: Ruby Walker's hatterene.



the trex snapped at her with a strong jaw empowered CRUNCH. the giant dinosaur seemed completely unaware of the councilman or marie jules .

goro and his clown prince tumble out of the thicket and onto the littered floor of costumes and props. it was a fucking mess. as the tree grew even more, rubble and bits of the ceiling began to rain upon them. "oh shit." goro grumbled... and slipped through the opening to the other side of the room! the demonic easily followed behind due to his tiny stature which left both of them staring at the mess that was... still the second floor. he couldn't really see anything.

up above, snoop dog could feel the foundation below him start to give in. perfect. with a THWACK of his mighty dragon tail to the ground, the ice that held him shattered in a flurry of sleet and... concrete. he was trying to force the cave in!

que lil nas x doing a summersault around the room of b2, mystical fire erupting from his little hat and setting the room ablaze! goro nabbed a singed scarf and wrapped it around his nose and mouth as smoke began to fill the b2 floor. luckily, however, the flames revealed something of interest... a trap door! he gave a grunt, kick, and then released betty white because fuck that. the haunter cackled, it was a chorus of demonic laughter with both her and the mime jr as she used nightshade, two umbral bolts manifested and blasted the trapdoor.

goro scanned the room, coughing, and grabbed the two nearest things he could: two bowling pins. he used to juggle in the circus, and he knew how hard these things could hit. a final SMASH through the trapdoor with his improvised circus equipment and goro fell through to the floor below! chaotic giggles and and the CRASH from above followed as he descended into darkness, mime jr and haunter jumping/floating behind him.

so there he was, enjoying the cool refreshing frosted floors of the basement sailing past all the chaos when some PUNK got in his way and the duo ended up fumbling down the hole. what met the clown's face wasn't the cool solid concrete he had been expecting, but rather a bramble of branches and thorns. "oh hell nah." the clown king drawls, and with a grunt, managed to flick open a pokeball.

what came next was... horrifying. instead of the usual bright flash that came with the familiar click of a pokeball, a dark mist of swirling violet energy spewed forth and in the thicket of the branches a small, humanoid figure was awakening. a sinister cackle could be heard, echoing from all directions, as the mime jr set its terrifying beady gaze upon the clown. with a disheartened sigh, and refusing to make eye contact with the demon, goro grunted, "fuck it up."

with a ominous giggle, the mime jr leapt up and out of the hole - having spied the flames of Selena Desmarais's magical fox - before landing smack dab in front of goro. there was a look of... glee? hate? something between the two and goro barked, "stop looking at me like that holy shit."

lil nas x was happy to oblige, and with a twinkle and twirl, unleashed mystical fire to try and burn through the branches. on the first floor of the basement, having spotted the little demon fly up and fall back down, snoop dog kept up his distractions. using the lobs of earth he had been juggling, the t rex attempted to hurl the mud and rocks at the hole near the tree - to fill it and stop others from following.

goro got clocked in the face by the pokemon, the gray paint staining the forest witch's hand paw thingy. "oh noooooooo~" he called out in feigned terror - though the punch had landed and did in fact hurt - he was sent flying towards the tree in the air, managing to escape the ice! his dinosaur was not so lucky. with a roar, the tyrantrum shook its tiny fore arms and the earth around them began to tremble as its eyes glowed... and three large blobs of rocks ripped through the ice around the dinopokemon's hind legs. he began to juggle!

it was smooth sailing from here. theoretically. goro sailed over the poor mr mime that had tried to hypnotize the rude ass hat thing, and slid down the icy floor like a slip'n'slide into the hole that led to the floor below!

disguises were nothing new to this master of illusion, but to be called on to take part in a mission in the middle of a coordinator contest was something goro couldn't resist. getting out his best clown white makeup, ruffling the mop on his head, shave of the face, a horn or two, and hell he even got some creepy yellow contacts. ah yes. perfect. the ultimate creepy clown coordinator. goro - no... jocelyn the contestant! was here to...

goro wasn't exactly what he was supposed to do; he just needed to be loud. bursting forth from the doorway atop a tyrantrum and declaring in a sing song voice, "oh he's here; the jester of the jury, the clown of the ball - the one, the only..." thankfully he wasn't too rusty from his acrobat days and did a front flip off his dinosaur's snout and belted out in baritone tunes, "JOCAAAAAAALYNNNNNN!" jazz hands. everyone loves jazz hands.
