Armed with his stereotypical dad fit he set out into route 111.

The shifting sands that pervaded the route made it hard to find even footing for the head scientist. With each step Lucas took his geodude key chain jingled as it slapped against the fanny pack it was attached to.

In a vain attempt not to scare any pokemon away Lucas clutched the key chain as he delved deeper into the route.

The geodudes climbed atop the alolan golem. One by one they inserted themselves between its prongs to be fired like a cannon ball at the lunatone. They pummel the Lunatone to the point that Lucas couldn't tell if its craters were natural or geodude-made.

As soon as the geodudes bounced off Lunatone they ran back to the Alolan Golem to be expelled again. The Alolan Golem, three geodudes, and the transformed ditto-geodude tormented Lunatone. By the time they were done with the Lunatone its experience was written down in the Oxford Dictionary as the definition for a living hell.
