Everyone is scrambling out of the way to make last minute preparation for an attack only a select few know about. The time table isn't in their favor but that's what leaves everyone in fear — knowing that at any moment the region may be called to mobilize to defend against an unknown invader.

"Lane."

Fernando calls for the Head Scientist the moment he enters the lobby. His eyes lock onto the familiar visage with an uncanny familiarity, greetings the man with a curt nod and humble smile. "I hope I didn't keep you waiting." And, as if to answer the question himself, Fernando flicks his wrist to reveal the face of his smart watch. It's a bit odd to see someone wear their watch on the opposite end — face exposed on the underside, nestled right underneath his palm — but that's to be expected from the League's premiere Council Member.

"It's been a while since we've discussed rare, unknown Pokemon. Hopefully, you find these as interesting as Regirock."

Fernando breaks into the meat of their meeting immediately. Although the concession between the League's top brass happened recently, the subject is to be kept strictly confidential until proper measures can be put into place to handle mass panic. It goes without saying that among the people present in the lobby, only the two of them recognize the carnage beyond the horizon.

And, considering his need to hurry this along as fast as possible, Fernando remains standing. Several Pokeballs line his belt, each with a specific marker to denote their special status. These are the ones he refuses to let anyone else handle, keeping them between only his most trusted collaborators.
