HOENN HEALS AS RECONSTRUCTION CONTINUES

SLATEPORT CITY — After the successful defense against the Megalopolan attack on Hoenn, the region has been rapidly rebuilding itself. The munincipalities of Dewford, Rustboro, Fallarbor, and Lilycove have sustained the most damage, while Meteor Falls has weathered much destruction too. However, The League has reported that the affected areas have been steadily recovering with much aid going toward infrastructural recuperation.

In the aftermath of The Ultra Beast War, Commissioner dahlia goode has appointed Bailey Cooper as the new Champion of Hoenn. Although such a seat was originally planned to be provisional, Commissioner Goode has released in a public statement: "to have the Champion of our resilient region represent Groudon as its avatar is a venerable and providential circumstance. I am delighted to announce that [Bailey Cooper] will continue to be our Champion from here on out."

In further news, The League has seized a Megalopolan general by the name of Smohke. Taken in from the assault in Meteor Falls, she is currently incarcerated in Slateport's Penitentiary, a maximum security correctional institution. The other Megalopolan Generals are missing and are presumed to have been killed in action.

After the scandal involving Greater Mauville Holdings and its connection to the Xurkitree found in New Mauville, the company has dived in value after intense investigation. However, the CEO of Infinity Industries, oscar clayton has purchased the company in order to restructure it for the region once more.

Although this wartime region has been met with much challenge, the people of Hoenn are still hopeful for its future.

YOUNG WOMAN KILLED BY FERAL POKEMON

SLATEPORT CITY - A young woman, identified as sixteen year-old Annie Mei, has been found dead nearby Slateport City, within a homeless camp. Investigations and witness testimony have revealed that a grotesque, helmeted Pokemon (pictured left) is responsible for the killing.

Slateport PD has issued out a warning. Those who locate any aggressive Pokemon that fit the description of Mei's killer is to report to the authorities immediately. Do not engage with the Pokemon, for it is known to be highly dangerous.

Furthermore, Slateport PD has also asked the public to report any sightings of Poipole, Naganadel, or Megalopolan survivors. Safe relocation, rehabilitation, and recuperation will be administered should they be found.
