MARCH UPDATE

There weren't many things that Hit could do for his Pokemon friends without going out and earning some money here and there, usually taking a mission that didn't require him to drag his whole party of Pokemon around with him. Out of the missions that had been listed in the nearby town, there was one that seemed more than simple enough, all things considered. As Hit moved through the burning sands of the deserts, he didn't seem bothered by the heat that rained down on his tanned upper body or the steaming sand that rested under his bare feet.

Hit stood at six feet and seven inches tall, casually regarding the area around him as he walked with a fairly simple attire on his form. Hit wore only a pair of fur shorts that were handmade, exposing the rest of his chiseled and scarred body. If anyone looked at his form closely, it would seem like the man had been in more fights than most Pokemon had been. Long brown hair flowed down his bare back and chest, tied off at various ends to keep it from being a complete mess whenever the winds blew. The man carried a single weapon in his right hand, a spear that was clearly meant for hunting Pokemon. Of course, he wasn't alone either, a Pancham would be resting on his right shoulder and looking around with an alerted look on his face, "Do you see anything Daichi?" Hit muttered the question to his Pokemon.

“Come on Sidon,” Billi edged the giant purple reptile to follow him a bit faster. Mainly because it didn’t care about anything but lazy, and coil around people to sleep and snuggle, but...most of the time people got freaked out by it and let’s face it he was a monstrous size too. True Billi didn’t pay any negative attention any mind, but he did like his pokemon to be civil in public while being genuinely themselves, like he was. That’s why when he was offered the quest he took it, one because he had a snake, two because not all snakes are bad.[break][break]

The blonde walked down the path, the snake slithering beside him, and in the distant hissed many a snake. But which one was the one they were looking for, maybe the...TARZAN?! “Oi Tarzan!” he yelled out, “Which snake is the one I’m looking for?” he asked, and all the snakes made the “NANI” face and began hunting down Billi as he moved towards the jungle man.

There was a moment of lingering silence in the air after Billie had screamed out into the heavens, calling attention to not only himself but Hit and his own Pokemon. The Tarzan-look-alike had been taking the lead with his random partner for this mission and could only let out a soft breath, "And this is why you need to be careful when hunting with amateurs, Daichi." Of course, before the phrase could fully leave his lips there was a wave of snakes making their way towards the group of them. Well, really it seemed like only a few of them and he would let out as he would easily jump through the air and land lear Billie and his pokemon.

The large man would have let the spear leave his hand in that moment, it landing between several Pokemon with the sound of wood snapping from the strength and causing some of them to go running. As he did this, the tiny Panda-like Pokemon would have slipped off his back and started to charge towards one of the large Serviper's making its way closer, "I don't think I need to tell you, don't kill the snakes. There is no need for death on this mission." He spoke calmly as the snakes got closer, surrounding them surely as the seconds passed!

“A SPEAR WHAT THE HELL,” the dumb blonde appeared completely shocked as the spear zoomed by him and a jungle man stood before him like king of the jungle, that killed the lion king and wore him for a loin cloth. Which to be honest, the man wasn’t wearing much…..at least he was pretty sure it was a man, but who knew to be honest. And no Billi wasn’t going to kill any snakes, he wasn’t a monster! These pokemon were just as important as any other.[break][break]

“I would never kill a pokemon that’s just mean,” he stated coldly, because he wasn’t a murderer. “So like. I guess throwing a spear scared some of them, I don’t get anything scary about me,” Billi stated just as Sidon curled around Billi, his tail rattling. It bore its fangs using it’s tail to slam the snakes into the trees around them, trying to keep it’s trainer safe. “jungle king has like…..a panda….baby?” he was too curious.

Hit stood close to Billi while letting his eyes scan the area closely, taking in the fact that some snakes had ran away while others instead took to the sides and prepared to launch out at them if given the chance. The King of the Jungle stood there with a proud look on his face, watching as his Pancham had ran towards a Serviper and started an intense brawl. They began to exchange blows and while that was happening, Hit would move away from Billi and step towards his spear. With ease, he'd take it from the ground and turn around to face Billi fully at that moment.

Hit let his strong topaz hues fall over Billi's form, taking in the details of his body and the clothing that he wore; eyes linger on the man's snake that rested by his feet. It was clear that the snake was ready to protect it's Pokemon Trainer but, seeing as Hit had no intention of attacking, he'd stay where he was and take a more calm stance, "Well, your size alone would be enough to intimidate most." There weren't many people that got close to the levels of muscle that Hit prided himself on, but he wasn't someone to ignore hardwork either.

He looked around and turned his back to Billi, "You're right, though. That did scare some of them but I think we're going to have to scare a few more and maybe take in a few before the roads are actually safer." At that moment, the Pancham would walk in from the side dragging the unconscious Serviper. Hit would take u'rea knee and offer the Pokemon a fist bump who would growl and make happy noises as he returned it, "Good job, little one. Now let me check you for wounds." And, with that, Hit would start to look over his Pancham to make sure it was okay.

That jungle man appeared to have his own way of life and it seemed to be my spear and I threw it. That approach seemed to work as it scared some of the sevipers away from him like a cockroach to light. On the flip side Billi seemed thankful that he helped, mainly because Billi didn’t really feel like fighting the wild snakes, “Oh thank you!” he grinned as Sidon coiled around him more, hissing as sevipers attacked. Suddenly Sidon lashed out, it’s fangs spraying out acid at the ones who got too close.[break][break]

“Trust me! My size doesn’t scare people or pokemon! They useless just come right up and see me,”” the giant was friendly and gave a sweet aura that pokemon couldn’t really resist. Like sweet honey, Billi was the human version of candy to pokemon, even aggressive ones. At least that was with the majority pokemon he’s met, some call it courage while others call it carelessness. The blue eyes caught the fist bump and thought it was cute as Billi let his hand rub the smooth purple scales on Sidon.[break][break]

Billi watched as the snakes fainted from the acid or taken out by the pancham. The least he could do was heal them a bit. “hmmmm I feel like we shouldn’t leave the knocked out,” he stated as he released him cutiefly from it’s pokeball and it buzzed its tiny wings around Billi, “Cuu?” it asked and smiled before Billi pointed towards the fainted snakes. “Can you help them little guy?” he asked and the bug saluted and flew over releasing it’s aromatherapy. The bug turned to the pancham as well and sat on it’s tuft of hair on it’s head, trying to help it as well.

Hit would watch as Sidon had begun to release its attack towards the enemies in the area and was easily taking them out, putting them under quickly and turning their situation around. Hit watched Billi comfort his reptilian friend after his attack and would nod his head in approval, "You're pretty good with your Pokemon." Was Hit's basic comment, moving to walk towards some of the unconscious snakes, thanks to the efforts of both of their Pokemon, "And oh? You must have one relaxing aura about yourself then because that is an impressive feat." He commented with a soft laugh.

As he came towards the unconscious snakes, he would pull out something from the waist of his fur pants to reveal that it was a large sack of sorts. Without much hesitation, Hit would begin to start putting some of the unconscious snakes into the bag, "I believe that a dozen or so snakes taken back to town for care should be enough to complete our objective while making it safer from people to travel." As the Cutiefly had entered the field and begun to fly around, Hit would watch it for only a few seconds before going back to what he was doing.

Daichi, his own Pancham, would let out an entertained noise the moment that the cutiefly landed on his head. He was doing his best to look at the Pokemon without toppling over now, looking way too adorable in the process. As Hit grabbed one snake and put it in the bag, he slowly rose up while blinking a few times, then he'd look over at Billi, "Oh, right. My name is Hit."

Hit was a very kind man so it seemed. The compliment seemed genuine to Billi and the fact Sidon wasn’t fully on edge around him meant that this man wasn’t to pose any danger to him. After the raids all of Billi’s pokemon that were large enough to defend him remained defensive in case of any Megolapians. During the raids Billi had given some of his pokemon to the weaker gym trainers to help with defense efforts in the city. So it meant that they could generally sense when danger was on the rise for their trainer.[break][break]

Billi watched as the man picked up the snakes and threw them in a sac, which was kinda funny but terrible all at the same time. “I must have one.” he grinned and rubbed the snakes chin some more, “Well what about your pandcham?” Billi asked as the little panda wobbled around with the fly on his head, looking like he was practicing drunken fists, “he looks like kungfu panda” a very....city kid reference that the jungle man probably wouldn’t understand.[break][break]

“Yeah that should be good, and my names Billi,” he grinned offering to hold the bag of sevipers, “I have a seviper at home, but he hisses a lot and ain't that friendly.” Billi stated as he pictured his pokemon among these and figured it’d be with them probably hissing and trying to bite him. At the same time it was chonky.

As he listened to Billi's response to him, the man turned towards his own Pancham with a raised brow, "Kungfu... Panda?" The man gave a small laugh, he could definitely see the resemblance between the creature and this elusive 'panda'; the fighting part of the joke was obvious. Though, one could tell from Hit's face that he was laughing at something else and not the reference to the hit movie by the same name, "Daichi is a pretty good fighter but, as you can also tell by watching him, also a serious goofball." At that moment the Pancham would try to do a side kick and fall, letting out a delighted noise in the process.

As the blonde-haired man would approach with an outstretched hand to take the bag, Hit wouldn't hesitate to hand the bag over to him so that both his own would be open for storing snakes, "I don't have any reptiles in my group, personally. But it sounds like your Pokemon are living good, even if a bit grumpy." Hit would walk with Billi a bit while loading a few more snakes into the bag before looking around with a pleased look on his face.

Hit would place his hands on his hips and nod his head a bit before turning to fully face Billi again, "I think that should be more than enough. Shall we head back to town and drop these off to a Nurse Joy?"
