“Sorry but this garden isn't big enough for two cats,” his eyes narrow as he catches sight of the Glameow prowling around the small patch of land that he had been gifted. It had been a little bit of an investment, buying berries and taking his time out of his busy schedule to tend to them, so the cyclist was none too pleased to see a saboteur lurking around when he came to visit his patch. Angelo has a hose in hand and the feline is locked in his sights. “Scram, buddy!”

Crouching low, a blast of water is released from the hose, squirting right in the Glameow’s face. There’s a furious yowl as the cat launches itself in the air and springs towards Angelo, claws out and looking for blood. Preparing for another dousing of cold water, Angelo readies the trigger, only for his own troublesome feline to pounce out from behind a berry bush, having been preoccupied with chasing Rattata.

Unfortunately, Angelo had already squeezed the hose. Both cat pokemon get a drenching and although their unwanted visitor skitters off the property, Angelo is still rewarded with claw marks across his cheek. “Ow! Mother fu-”

There is a guardian in this garden. Clauncher may be the wickedest gunslinger in all the seas but there is no water here to save the berry snatcher – not when there’s a sniper in the trees.

Laying in wait, Sagitta readies an arrow as the invader scuttles into Angelo’s garden, protecting the precious berries while his trainer is busy rummaging in the communal shed that houses the free-for-use tools. The Decidueye bides his time until the pest is just about to ready his claw for another shot. An arrow is readied. Sagitta waits. Then fires. SPIRIT SHACKLE plunging into the Clauncher’s shadow and pinning it to the ground – proving that the patient sniper is the best shot in the garden with one strike.

“What’ve you got there?” Says the trainer as he steps out from the shed, rusted spade in one hand and dirt on his jeans. Angelo crouches next to the stunned Clauncher as Sagitta swoops, fluffing out his chest feathers proudly at having defended the garden – at having defended his sniper crown. “Thanks, Sagitta. Don't know what I'd do without you. But how about we get this guy some water before he dries out? He's pretty far from the sea.” Angelo scoops up the stunned Clauncher underneath one arm and goes to fetch a bucket of water. He'll keep him in there for now, then he'll see that he makes it back to the ocean.
