Description: A little girl, with a BIG personality. Eva Morales stands at a humble 5’3’’ with a slender, almost lanky build that doesn’t instill much intimidation into anyone. She is constantly ridiculed for not “looking her age” and not looking “old enough” to be a doctor. But at 30 years old, she has had nearly 10 years of practical experience in the field and has seen some shit. She’s fiery, outspoken, and outgoing. An extrovert to a T, Eva prefers to be around people rather than by herself. Her role as a veterinarian has made her somewhat bossy in certain situations which can come off as demeaning at times. Eva holds herself to very high standards and is quite critical of her performance. [break][break]

Eva grew up on a pokemon ranch in Kanto not too far outside of Pallet Town. As the youngest of 6, and only girl, she learned to be “one of the boys” from an early age. Though small, she packs a nasty punch and knows how to rough and tumble with the best of them. She is instilled with strong family values, and has a deep connection with her brothers and parents. Luckily, life was quite uneventful for the Morales family and she grew up surrounded by love and the comforts of a safe, had working home.[break][break]

Though she enjoyed the farm life, Eva left home at 16 to pursue her dream of becoming a pokemon veterinarian. She found the medical profession fascinating and she showed quite the knack for clinical thinking and an aptitude for clinical skills. As a straight A student, she was easily accepted into Kanto University’s College of Veterinary Medicine where she completed the program with flying colors, acquiring her first full-time companion pokemon Blade the Gallade. The dual-type is just as wild as she is and may even instigate some of her behavior. Regardless of whose idea it was, Blade is typically the one getting them out of tight spots. Both Eva and Blade have a strong moral compass with bravery to match. [break][break]

After graduation, Dr. Morales spent a year in an internship focused on emergency medicine, trauma, and surgery. Being the adrenaline junky she is, she was drawn to the fast-paced lifestyle and constantly challenging cases. They thrived in this setting, eventually being recruited by the Kanto government to work as part of their military as frontline medical aids should the needed ever arise . . . which it certainly did.[break][break]

Rocket’s hostile takeover of Kanto gave Eva and Blade plenty of frontline experience. They traveled the region to the most brutal battlefronts providing medical aid for pokemon and their humans alike. But when Kanto finally fell, Eva and Blade found themselves forced into hiding to escape retaliation by Rocket. [break][break]

It wasn’t long until word of the brutal attacks on Hoenn reached Eva and Blade. The two couldn’t resist the thought of getting back to the frontlines to use their skills to help in any way they could. They packed up, got on a boat, and arrived in Hoenn not long after the most recent attacks. [break][break]
