Sootoplois City really was a spectacular city to behold. Chloe didn't really understand how people were able to build a city inside the crater of a meteor but she wasn't going to complain. This was her first expedition to the city, she was asked to help protect a bank and there were some other details that were said, but honestly Chloe already forgotten most of it. Not that it mattered, since she knew that when it comes down to things all she needed to do was stop a robbery.

Flying past ancient houses on her Drampa, the history that this city preserved really was fascinating. People really put in a lot of care and thought from the looks of things. The Macro Cosmos bank was finally within view and honestly, the modern like building stuck out like a sore thumb. Chloe found it strange why a bank was here off all places, finding it even stranger that they feared a heist was going to happen. Jumping off the Oakley, she headed inside the bank where she was greeted by the branch's manager.

After hearing the instructions from the manager, Chloe was led to the post she needed to keep watch at. The manager also said some things, but Chloe tends to zone out if a person speaks for too long. She also felt that the manager was over complicating things, but it wasn't like Chloe could tell that to her. With a yawn she leaned against her Drampa - who was more alert to potential heists then Chloe was. "Well.. This should be a piece of cake" Chloe spoke confidently to herself. The league said another person should be helping out, but there was no sign of another person. She figured that they would show up some time. She wasn't really the type to care if people showed up on time or what not..

... How she was roped into this again? She didn't really know. One minute she was minding her own business. Now here she was heading towards Sootoplois. Really, bank had a weird request. They asked for DRAGON types to guard the new chain of banks. Didn't they know about the fact Fairy types exist? Or Ice Types? Or even most Steel were able to be stand the attacks of dragons? Really... She wondered about their knowledge about Pokemon.[break][break]

Was the dragon types to put the intimidation factors on the would-be crooks? If so, this is a bit of irony to this. Instead of being heroes slaying dragons and reaching the dragon's hoard, she and whoever is her partner is the dragon that is defending the hoard. This trail of thoughts was amusing to the blonde girl. A chuckle escaped her lips and a small smile appeared on her face faintly.[break][break]

Taking a deep breath, she met the manager and gave a bow as a greeting. She then proceeded to walk to her post she needs to watch, her steps echoing throughout the halls of the bank. Glancing up ahead, she saw someone with a Drampa. So this is the one she is teamed up for this job. [break][break]

"Greetings, I guess we are teamed up for this job?" With this said, she took a piece of paper she recieved from the manager and showed it at Chole. She asked for it when the manager said someone else was already here. So she asked for something to confirm that was she was on the job as well.[break][break]

"I'm Astrid. Please to work with you for this job." With that said, she gave a friendly wave with her right hand. While using her left, she grabbed a PokeBall from her belt and tossed it. It opened in a flash of bright light and revealed a Bagon. The Bagon itself gave a sleepy yawn, showing it's teeth and blinked.

Chloe wasn't the greatest lookout she had already been distracted. She watched as people came back and fourth, watching what they had been doing. She wasn't really interested in their conversations she just enjoyed watching what people did throughout the day - as strange as it seemed. The sudden echo's of foot steps did catch her attention, looking over Chloe saw a pretty young lady come into view. She quickly got out of her daze and walked over to greet the woman.

Noticing the paper, Chloe knew that she was the other person who was tasked with guarding over the bank. Smiling brightly she nodded "That's right! Looking forward to working with you. Chloe spoke cheerfully and had forgotten to introduce herself, Astrid's a pretty name. Mine is Chloe, Chloe Porter" Mimicking Astrid Chloe also waved with her left hand, curiously blinking when she had pulled out a pokeball. Her eyes widened at the sight of the bagon and she let out a gasp in delight.
"Hi There!" She spoke towards the bagon, slightly hunching down to come off as more friendly. Chloe felt someone suddenly bump into her, and she realized that it was her Drampa awaiting for her own introduction. "This here's Oakley. She's very friendly and eager!" As she said that the Drampa gently rammed into Astrid, making it obvious that she wanted attention and snuggles.
