”Steal the stars” they teased when they gave them this assignment. She wasn’t quite sure what they meant by it, but they provided them with empty glass bottles to collect said “stars”. These bottles clinked lightly together in her backpack with every step she took. She tried her best to keep quiet but empty glass bottles were fucking loud. There was something about the Ledyba and Ledian dust that could change a pokemon’s appearance or some shit like that. Something valuable. Lex wasn’t the scientist, just the one that acquired what they needed and took the money. One thing they made clear, was that they need to keep the Ledyba and Ledian safe so they would continue to spawn, and they could continue to collect the dust. So, Lex’s Braviary was flying high above, his Keen Eyes scouting for predators like himself.

The westward sky was ablaze with the last hues of orange, red, and pink from the sunset as it faded on the horizon. Behind them the eastward sky was already a dark navy with the twinkle of stars starting to appear, “At least it’s a nice night,” she mused out loud, stealing a glance over to kris flynn-edwards. She was sure he was just as excited about being here as she was.
