kaz took another sip of the drink to slosh around in his mouth before giving an answer to zac. "truth be told..." and another sip, "yeah i feel like i'm wide awake and full of energy. like someone used a super potion on me." as he looked over the pictures of the monkey that zac had been experimenting with a light bulb clicked in his head the second he saw the familiar black coat and green vines wrapped around its wrists. "oh dang. hey i have one of those! i'm surprised you managed to get a sample off of that."

he was still sipping some of the soda, "aren't these things kinda rowdy? at least mine is anyway. pokemon like that one tend to be a bit fussy, then again i guess fussy pokemon is what fuggers deal with sometimes, remember that whole lighthouse fiasco? now that was a wild time, sure could have used some of these after all that."

the image of a zarude digging around in a dumpster in a concrete jungle sure was something that kazimir didn't think he would really ever imagine himself. yet there it was in his head as zac asked him if he should watch out for anything based on the blonde's experience handling these pokemon. kazimir pursed his lips as he thought back to when he got his own zarude and the hassle it had been. as he though he placed more water onto the hot coals to let the steam wash over him and ironically clear his head as he tried to piece together some advice.

"well i guess just be careful when your around other pokemon, they're pretty territorial if you hadn't noticed already. i say that but i mean also watch out when your in crowds. mine doesn't seem to to take too kindly to them. which is kind of weird when you think about how they said they found a whole group of these guys. maybe they don't like being in large groups of different pokemon or something. have they been causing problems with your own team? mine got into a fight with simba the other day and both of them are still licking their wounds."

"y'know that might not be such a bad idea. it might be a good idea to try and get it to socialize with a few just like it so that it can learn to chill out. though i don't know many people who even have one outside of myself and you man. you wouldn't happen to kno-wait wait wait."

the blonde stood up in the middle of the room with his towel nearly slipping off as he looked at zac in the eye with a curious look. "What pajama party? you thinking of doing another kind of fugger party? why didn't you say something sooner man i could have helped with the planning! like where the heck are we even holding it? who's coming along? some new fuggers?!"

"well we're gonna have games there right? we talking about video games or like, party party games? cause i can bring in my collection of super smash bros to show everyone who's the real scrub. if its the other one then..." he turned his head to think about what he had back at home he could bring with him but to also hide the blush he was getting at a few of the initial ideas he had like seven minutes in fugger heaven before snapping his fingers like his brain suddenly clicked together. "i take it if angelo comes along then skyler might come, which means booze. we could do some fun drinking games with some movies or something. might need to take some of that factory floor into an emergency infirmary if we do though, in case anyone gets sick or worse."

not that that hasn't happened too tragically to his knowledge. most people he knew could hold their liquor for a little bit. speaking of holding their drink there was something that he just said that caught his attention. how does one consider a factory as a living space? "by the way how did you snag a whole factory for a house to live in. did someone die in it? zac, did you get sold a haunted house by your own company? cause we could do some ghostbusting as a fugger group if we need to."

a factory that closed due to incidents involving poison. nope nothing was sus about that at all, and certainly wasn't the reason the place was probably haunted at all. kazimir really wanted to hold back on saying anything bad about a company that would even be put under federal investigation but that would be hypocritical as he was sure zapsi did the same kind of thing. never google pokkenger flavored soda scrapped ideas, it was not a good thing and a breech of his contract with them that he was at least able to forgive for a good sum of money.

"yeah i'll be sure to bring some charms that help with my ghost pokemon. we should totally make a ghostbusting party game if there's any in the factory though. fugger with the highest score gets to...brew a years worth of charja-cola from the tap of the factory i guess. does any of the stuff in that place even still work? cause you could probably live off a whole supply of charja-products if it did. what a life that would be." it was one that he could imagine only zac taking part in.

he tried to hold back the laughter from zac's pun but it fizzled up to the top of his throat that he couldn't hold it back any longer and it came pouring out like a fountain spout. "ok ok ok. that was way funnier than it really should have been man." it was nice to let out some laughter as zac asked his question. as kazimir tried to recover from his fit he still kept up his grin as he tried to think about things that were new with him.

unfortunately not a whole lot was "new" perse.

"well i haven't done a whole lot since the sootopolis mess. but i have been thinking of breaking into there and check out this 'tree' that's supposed to have sprouted up in the middle of the city. its risky but i think that me and my team can at least handle a few rocket grunts, especially..." he thought back to that one training trip he took months back. the results of it were kind of a secret that he kept to himself but...maybe zac would find it pretty cool.

"don't think i ever told you this story about how i went out to find this hidden dojo and fought against its master did i? it was way up in a ravine and i'll tell yeah if me and my urshifu weren't quick on our feet i think we would have almost died. buuuut we did survive, didn't beat him but survived, and after that he crowned us as "king of fighters"! ...well ok it was my urshifu that earned that title but.."

he thought for a second on how to explain this next part to zac, as he himself didn't even realize how it worked. "i think...i got something as well. call it an avatar like power or whatever but when i do a pose there's this rush of energy that flows out and into my pokemon and for a second they can do some powerful moves. i can't really explain how it happens but i guess its just caused by fighting spirit!" with that he took up his arm and flexed to show off a large and sweat bicep. "sounds pretty cool though right?"

more water was poured onto the burning coals to coat the sauna in a heavy layer of steam.

"actually we can totally head down to meteor falls and meditate under the waterfalls there. used to do that a lot before the place got wrecked by aliens and i got evicted." it would be pretty nice to see the old stomping grounds if he was being honest. he's sort of never really thought about going back there for...whatever reason. guess things were just eating up all of his time lately.

"as for that pose..." he figured zac deserved to see it since kaz spilled the pokebeans about it. so he stood up and turned his back towards zac before spreading his arms and then leaning forward at a near impossible angle so that his upper body was parallel with his lower half and his face shown through between his legs. "hah! behold! the legendary z-pose taught to me by the previous king of fighters!"

his proclamation echoed through the room as his body gave off a faint glow that suddenly pulsed and rattled his towel, knocking it off his body and sliding onto the floor causing the blonde's face to suddenly turn red as the steam slowly surrounded him to obscure his form as he fell forward onto the floor in shame.
