When Thomas heard that a member of the Council wanted an audience with him, Thomas had a few good guesses. But given that she asked for his presence as a Benoit, and not as Agent Striker, he figured she was looking for a commission. Given the current climate of Hoenn, the looming threat of Team Rocket, and just how much the Region meant to his grandfather, his uncle approved the meeting, giving the two a reservation at one of Rustboro's finest restaurants to discuss business.

As the councilwoman made her approach, the host would greet her, before escorting her to the table where she would meet the Kalosian nobleman. The table itself was isolated enough to where they had adequate privacy to discuss their business. The head of the table was left vacant for her, with Thomas, dressed in a dark blue suit, already at the table. Accompanying the trainer was an Alakazam, who looked to be observing not just the Councilwoman, but anyone and everyone in the room as well.

Thomas stood up to greet the woman, offering her a handshake. "It's an honor to finally make your acquaintance, Councilwoman. I'm Thomas Benoit, here on behalf of Benoit Armaments.", he'd greet the woman in a business-like manner. Thomas would look over to the Dragonair that accompanied her, smiling at it. "Impressive Dragonair you have with you.", Thomas would remark.
