GENERAL INFORMATION

EXPOSITION

RESEARCH OF CRYSTABLOOM HEARTS—the bud or core of CRYSTABLOOMS that have grown throughout the region—has revealed them to be great conduits of INFINITY ENERGY. However, after NECROZMA'S ATTACK ON SOOTOPOLIS,, these plants have become sparse throughout the region.[break][break]

Both the LEAGUE & TEAM ROCKET are privy to this information, whether it be through espionage, research or both. In particular, Elisabeth Fiorelli, Calpurnia Kubrick, Eva Morales, illeana reyes, paxton concordas and any other characters who may have been studying these curious specimens of flora can weave this discovery and development of the suits into their plots both past, present and future.[break][break]

These Crystabloom Hearts act as conduit stones much like MEGA STONES that must be integrated with or on the SYGNA SUIT in some fashion. Using INFINITY ENERGY, the character will be able to SYNC with their Pokemon, conferring special effects during battle. People have renamed these Crystabloom Hearts to SYNC STONES.[break][break]

Due to the Crystabloom Heart's concentrated infinity energy, users CAN NOT USE MEGA EVOLUTION, Z-MOVES, TERASTALLIZATION WHILE IT IS ACTIVATED.[break][break]

However, should a user DEACTIVATE THE SUIT—which takes some time—they will be able to use the aforementioned mechanics.[break][break]

Furthermore, the energy clashes with Pokemon possessing exorbitant amounts of Infinity Energy (e.g. mythicals and legendaries), or the blessings of AVATARS, causing their powers and and linkage with their legendary Pokemon to become dormant.[break][break]

Other anomalies like SHADOW POKEMON, ILLUMINA POKEMON, PURIFIED POKEMON, and PARADOX POKEMON can not be synced with. Lastly, DITTO can not be synced with.

WHAT IS A SYGNA SUIT?

A SYGNA SUIT is designed to look like the Pokemon (and its evolution line) a trainer has synced with in order to foster a stronger connection.[break][break]

The suit may automatically transform to fit the synced Pokemon or be pre-tailored.[break][break]

Regional forms and "convergent species" are not in the same evolution line as their counterparts.[break][break]

Sygna suits come from the POKEMON MASTERS EX MECHANIC; however, Sygna Suits function differently on site to an extent.[break][break]

In the near future, sygna suits will be able to be upgraded for more effects and more synced Pokemon.[break][break]

IMPORTANT NOTE: this mechanic is subject to much change, whether it is in the form of additions, adjustments, or removals of particular aspects (e.g. themes). thank you in advance for any feedback!

THE MECHANIC

THE MECHANIC

SYGNA SUITS allow the trainer to sync with a designated Pokemon. By syncing with this Pokemon, the trainer and Pokemon will feel more attuned to each other thanks to the mutual flow of INFINITY ENERGY. Depending on the EMOTIONAL NATURE of the trainer, special effects will be conferred on to the Pokemon.

NOTE: Sygna Suits will no longer apply to a Pokemon's entire evolution line. You must pick one Pokemon stage (e.g. a Meowth Sygna Suit will not apply to a Persian; a Gallade Sygna Suit will not apply to a Gardevoir).

These EMOTIONAL NATURES can shift throughout the battle, allowing for unpredictability or dramatic moments during conflict. More emotional natures may be added periodically.[break][break]

The bonuses from these EMOTIONAL NATURES do not stack, do not persist and change if shifted.[break][break]

BRAVE; RAGE	increases the strength of your pokemon; lowers defenses
BOLD	increases the defenses of your pokemon; lowers strength
CALM	increases the evasiveness of your pokemon; lowers accuracy
CAREFUL	increases the accuracy of your pokemon; lowers its evasiveness
HARDY	the pokemon takes less damage from hazards, sand and hail
HASTY	lowers the accuracy of your pokemon, but will significantly strengthen the next successful attack
LAX	"center of attention" moves are less potent on the user
LONELY	increases damage dealt when the pokemon is the last or only one conscious in a party
NAUGHTY	increases the accuracy of status moves
JOLLY	increases the speed of your pokemon; lowers strength
WORRISOME; SORROWFUL	applies gradual healing to your pokemon; lowers strength

AN EXAMPLE of this mechanic used in roleplay can be seen below:

"Brimming with WORRY, Wallace croons for his battered Milotic.[break][break]

His SYNC STONE activates on his scarf and his MILOTIC BEGINS TO GRADUALLY HEAL."

THEMES

CHARACTERS WITH SYGNA SUITS ARE ALSO ABLE TO POSSESS THEMES. Each character will be able to possess at least two themes, with the possibility of upgrading for more.[break][break]

When at least THREE SYGNA SUITED CHARACTERS with the SAME THEME come together, they are able to utilize SPECIFIC EMOTIONAL NATURES OR ELEVATED THEMES to empower their synced Pokemon. These themes do not activate automatically. Instead, COLLABORATE WITH YOUR PARTNERS to activate these theme-based natures![break][break]

When PURCHASING your sygna suit, please identify the TWO CHOSEN THEMES of your character:

TRUTH[break] 3X ROCKET	increases the chances of secondary effects (e.g. status) for moves.
IDEALS[break] 3X LEAGUE	increases the chances of secondary effects (e.g. status) for moves.
GENTLE[break] 3X CIVILIAN, HEALER	increases healing effects of moves used by your pokemon.
SERIOUS[break] 3X SCIENTIST	increases the accuracy of your pokemon.
TIMID[break] 3X ARTIST	applies gradual healing to your pokemon.
QUIRKY[break] 3X SUPERNATURAL	increases the evasion of your pokemon.
ADAMANT[break] 3X FIGHTER	lowers recoil damage of your pokemon's moves.
SASSY[break] 3X SOCIALITE	increases the speed of your pokemon.
RASH[break] 3X ADVENTURER	increases the defense of your pokemon.

GUIDELINES

WHEN USING SYGNA SUITS, one should attempt to communicate with their thread partners for the best effect.[break][break]

Furthermore, events will determine much of the efficacy of sygna suit mechanics, despite what is written for them.[break][break]

Please read the information below closely before purchasing or using a sygna suit.[break][break]

SYGNA SUIT GUIDELINES:

• The design of your character's sygna suit is entirely up to you and can change. You may choose to have your SYGNA SUIT automatically adopt a design (through the power of INFINITY ENERGY) of your character's choice from a base cut or article of clothing, or have the suit be premade and tailored for the Pokemon.
• A character can not use MEGA EVOLUTION, Z-MOVES or AVATAR POWERS while wearing a SYGNA SUIT, except during special occasions.
• Sygna Suits CAN NOT sync with Pokemon that are MYTHICALS, LEGENDARIES, ULTRA BEASTS, SHADOW, OR ILLUMINA POKEMON. They also can not sync with DITTO.
• A sygna suit will sync with a single Pokemon and can apply to others of the same species/Pokemon.
• MULTIPLE characters can have sygna suits for the same Pokemon and its evolution line.
• NEW: Sygna Suits will no longer apply to a Pokemon's entire evolution line. You must pick one Pokemon stage (e.g. a Meowth Sygna Suit will not apply to a Persian; a Gallade Sygna Suit will not apply to a Gardevoir).
• You can experiment with a "magical-girl like" transformation for Sygna Suits. Your character must change between the two suits should they want to sync with another Pokemon if wearing one already.

HOW TO CRAFT

TO PURCHASE A SYGNA SUIT, characters must navigate to the SITE SHOP. Purchasing a base level SYGNA SUIT has several requirements, including POKEDOLLARS (PD), INFAMY, and ITEMS.[break][break]

Please heed the following requirements below:

• Your character must possess 10,000 PD to purchase a sygna suit.
• Your character must have completed the following mission, get in sygna.
• Crafting consumes one MEGA STONE.
• Crafting consumes one FORM CHANGE.
• Crafting consumes one of each shard: RED, BLUE, GREEN, & YELLOW.
• Crafting consumes a SILVALLY MEMORY that is the SAME TYPE as the POKEMON YOU ARE 'SYNCING' WITH. If the Pokemon you are syncing with is NORMAL TYPE, any Silvally Memory will do.

TIERED UGPRADES

SYGNA SUITS WILL ALSO FEATURE TIERED UPGRADES. The effects of these upgrades have not been finalized yet, however, feel free to peruse a tentative "sneak preview" below.[break][break]

Please note, these upgrades are not available yet. TRAINER MOVES will be elaborated upon at a later time.

	TIER ONE - BASE:[break] base sygna suit.[break] requirements: purchase in the site shop by consuming 10K PD, 1x mega stone, 1x form change, 1x red shard, 1x blue shard, 1x, green shard, 1x yellow shard, 1x silvally memory, and completing get in sygna mission.
	TIER TWO - POWER UP:[break] trainer move unlocked, +1 theme.[break] requirements: make it double mission (started and completed after august 2022), passho berry.
	TIER THREE - ALTERATION:[break] sygna suit can apply to one other pokemon evolution line; unlocks pseudo-avatarship.[break] requirements: mega stone, devolution stone, tera shard.

TRAINER MOVES

WHEN A TRAINER BECOMES MORE ATTUNED to their sygna suit and Pokemon partner, they will be able to execute what is called a TRAINER MOVE. Trainer moves are often associated with a character's catchphrase, though a trainer does not need to say the phrase to activate it.[break][break]

The effects last a brief period of time. However, if you require a concrete period of activation, you may use the default of THREE POSTS (though this may vary in events).[break][break]

More trainer moves may be added over time. Unlocking the second tier of the sygna suit grants access to any of the trainer moves below; however, you may only use a trainer move ONCE PER THREAD.[break][break]

	TRAINER MOVE: STATUS SHIELD[break] protects against status conditions for you and your sygna pokemon for a brief period of time.
	TRAINER MOVE: PHYSICAL SHIELD[break] applies physical damage reduction to you and your sygna pokemon for a brief period of time.
	TRAINER MOVE: SPECIAL SHIELD[break] applies special damage reduction to you and your sygna pokemon for a brief period of time.
	TRAINER MOVE: TYPE WISH[break] applies a field effect called a zone (e.g. poison zone) that empowers the type of your choice for a brief period of time.

PSEUDO-AVATARSHIP

TIER THREE - ALTERATION allows your characters to choose ONE OTHER POKEMON SPECIES to sync up with.[break][break]

Due to the INFINITY ENERGY shared from their synced Pokemon and the suit acting as a protective catalyst, trainers that have unlocked the third tier will now be able to use their synced Pokemon's MOVESET. In other words, human characters wearing an ACTIVE SYGNA SUIT will be able to perform their Pokemon's moves.[break][break]

However, there are some limitations to consider:

• The moves will not be as powerful as when a Pokemon uses them.

• Using a move will prevent the sync Pokemon from using that move in the same battle until the sygna suit is inactive.

• Depending on the event, the pseudo-avatarship may have a limited time duration (e.g. 3 posts).
