As the adrenaline rush wore off, the pain of Josh's pierced chin replaced it. He took off his racing glove, raised his visor, and applied a cloth to the bleeding underneath his lips. It was the same pain he experienced when he rode Raikou. Josh looked nothing short of delirious during his maddening dizzy spell before and as Cian caught up.

"It's... it's just so much," Josh panted, though not quite as tired as the Samurott. "It really is faster than Raikou, isn't it?" He knew that from firsthand experience, and used today's experience as a benchmark for what he would have to train toward. "This is a problem I'll need to find a solution though," he admitted, referring to his bleeding chin. "Hopefully I'll see you at your Gym soon."
