The yacht's unsteadiness forced Frank to grasp the railing beside Cillian. He continued to stare in awe at the Legendary Pokémon above the water, ignoring the fact that she'd drowned several lives before their eyes.[break][break]

"Very beautiful," Frank agreed, taking another sip of his bourbon, momentarily forgotten during the spectacle.[break][break]

The ocean grew calm as the pirates' ships disappeared beneath the waves. Frank stared at the space they had been a moment ago, a familiar fear creeping up his throat at the display of so much power.[break][break]

Beneath it was a low, simmering thrill.[break][break]

"I'm definitely glad you two were here!" he exclaimed with a laugh and a sidelong glance at Cillian. "I imagine a pirate boarding would have gone very differently aboard a different yacht."[break][break]

Frank released the railing and stepped back from the edge of the deck.[break][break]

"But with this fine gal as our guardian," he waved an arm at Lugia, "I feel relieved knowing we can discuss business or pleasure — whichever you have in mind — without worry."[break][break]

He turned to Cillian, expectant. What did the other man have in mind, to invite Frank all the way out here?

An old scar on Cillian's shoulder brands him with the memory of how differently things had gone, indeed, when he'd run afoul of pirates without Lugia's blessing. He doesn't share his weakness with Frank Caffey.[break][break]

With a haunting cry, Lugia dives back into the deep. PRESSURE fades as the Guardian returns to her Sea.[break][break]

"I find the best way to talk business is with the pleasure of a nice meal and some drinks." Smiling, he gestures toward the stern. A small, covered area leads to a bar and a comfortable sitting area. Sushi is arranged around a charcuterie board, a few bottles of wine off to the side. "Come, sit. Tell me about this company of yours."
