[nospaces] [attr="class","sbody"] [attr="class","ihead"] PRIAM CONRAD'S INFAMY FILE [attr="class","aname2"] what's public, what's not [attr="class","ipad"] a grunt straight out of vermillion's shady part of the city. after forcibly dragged out of kanto and into hoenn, priam managed to carve a place out for him on the region. slowly, but surely, he's adjusting to where he currently stands.[break][break][break] PUBLIC[break][break] - local delinquent of slateport, hoenn. likes fireworks a lot.
- unnaturally cheery and excitable. people say he easily leaves marks, though he surprisingly gives out too little about himself.
- introduces himself as conrad cause he thinks he sounds more adult when people refer to him with his surname. lies about his age sometimes too.
- notably average on everything with very little talent, but comes out ahead more often than not through sheer confidence, optimism and hardwork.
WHAT THE LEAGUE KNOWS[break][break] - signed up as a volunteer on operations before. had unremarkable contributions for the operation that led him to be forgettable in terms of presence. [x]
- involved in research and experiments held by the previous head scientist, such as the discovery of mega stones and the study of the regenerative properties of the tree of life after it appeared on littleroot.
- officially employed as laboratory aide for Eva Morales. his work involves anything that doesn't require a degree, mostly menial tasks and secretary work.
WHAT ROCKET KNOWS[break][break] - personally known by most of the members from the early kanto days
- was taken as collateral for his family's debt. stayed in rocket since no one bailed him out.
- has made connections with people in the intel and science department of rocket from relationships he built with previous admins.
- helps with work for rocket's scientists, and is working directly under Lulu Flint at the moment, with his responsibilities mirroring the work he does for his day job.
- heavily involved with rocket's research, most notably with artificial shadow pokemon, rocket's own study on xerneas' essence and working with genesect.
- part of the force that assassinated the ceo of devon co. [x]
- surprisingly competent enough to be part of the strike team [x][x][x]
- kidnapped a megalopolan general for rocket as walsh's souvenir [x]
- responsible for finding remnants of xerneas with bryan delarosa, who just has to share the credit with him so priam can't be the center of attention [x]

PRIVATE[break][break] - sparked the public's mistrust with the league for their alleged incompetence through a video he took from the fiasco happening underneath the contest hall where a special tree was. [x][x]
- used to pickpocket, lock pick and do all other small-time thieving before he got better jobs from rocket.
- actually an undocumented immigrant on hoenn.
- has an encounter with an ultra beast and earned the legendary mark from it. [x]
- once demolished an entire tower just to revive his gabite [x] [x]
- has not only stolen an artifact from the ruins of regirock with Cillian Quinn, but also now has a voice in his head as well. [x]
