a sorrowful parting that made him weep. to hear the end of his predecessor so soon. his faith within the previous boss was brought down so soon, though it was to be expected. the man's violent hunger would have never been quenched, his lust for power--to whom could have brought him down?[break][break]

the successor wondered, he was intrigued. he'd been away for such a long time. but that begged the question, where had he been? performing, he was performing under the guise of 'DAWN GRANDIER', a famous coordinator who earned the moniker 'TWILIGHT'.

his civilian identity is tethered to his fame and style of coordinating--his civilian appearance, dawn grandier, spans across several regions. his 'haunting style' is said to leave a void in the hearts of those who gaze into his performance--yearning for both the unknown and his ambiguity. the reason why he's known as 'twilight' is due to his ambiguity. a coordinator who leaves during the final fight after surpassing the first and second round. he forfeit's upon the third round before he can even participate within the final bout against his opponent. though the crowd has already decided the winner, he doesn't--no matter what contest--stay to fight and earn the ribbon/prize. this can leave many filled with a void as if they did not earn the ribbon due to his sudden disappearance toward the end.

it's said that when 'twilight' has entered the competition, some tend to dropout while others stay and hope to fight him in order gauge the rumors that are spread about him. he's angered many fellow competitors who feel as though they've been looked down on when it's the opposite. but, with his destined partner gallade and zorua, it's rumored that one shouldn't blink or else they will be swallowed by a black void and overcome with despair.

when in public as dawn grandier, he emits a strange aura that can feel pressuring. it can go unnoticed at first, but if one physically interacts with him or looks him straight in the eye? the feeling and sense of 'danger' will loom over. placing one on high alert. [break][break]

it is believed a simple smile can say a thousand words, but the only word that can be manifested before the onlooker, who stands in front of dawn, is 'danger'. perhaps you have interacted with the rocket boss and don't even know it. after all, team rocket did "disband", so why would you? that's right, when the fall of kanto was a success. silas' successor vanished without a trace. those who saw silas as a man who only valued strength and doubted his capability to plan ahead were foolish. he was a smart man, a man who held a contingency plan just in case of his untimely demise. could his sister not step up, then it would be left to his successor: cadis von klaussner. the loss of a life was never easy to hear. he wept for silas, offered a prayer, and made haste to hoenn. in the end cadis wasn't heartbroken over silas's passing, for he was eternal within cadis's heart. there are those who know of cadis and there are others who do not.

for those who do know cadis know him to be a calculative man who, unlike silas, instills confidence and support into his men. a manipulator, an actor, he does not demand absolute obedience. he empowers those beneath him with words of encouragement. it's hard to tell if he truly cares for the grunts of rocket, but he doesn't seem to show any malice toward them; though that's not to say he has no qualms with doing so.

cadis prefers to talk to those beneath him on equal footing. should one mistake his kindness for weakness? well, it's not a pleasant showcase. so it's best you keep such a thought or opinion within the back of your mind.

cadis is complex. hard to read and understand. those who're closest to him still, till this day, have a hard time understanding his motif and reasoning for the things that he does. but everything has a reason and all he will ask of his subordinates and advisers are to trust him. he will allow room for questioning, he will even ask for opinions; cadis will do his very best to plan far ahead and think of every potential outcome that may occur within a plan, his reason for this? a perfect plan does not exist to him. having everything go within expectations is foolish, a perfect plan is achieved when it has the plasticity needed to flexibly deal with troubles and the unexpected. of course, he invites those troubles and unexpected.

he's capable of separating his civilian life from his rocket life. a strategical leader, he makes sure to leave no room for error. should their be a hiccup? he'll make a contingency plan on the spot or have one in place. a poor leader makes sure to think of every scenario possible, but he also relies on his trusted under bosses Desmond Kelley and dominic sinclair for their valued opinions and minds; as well as his scientists anya fowl and Eva Dumont.[break][break]

cadis is a complex man. he's not easy to understand, but he has a lot of faith in dominic sinclair and Desmond Kelley. they were his advisers, his under bosses for a reason. it's because of their trust in him that he was called, given the rundown, and established as the new rocket boss. where he served as the forefront, they served as the spearhead.

with they, dominic and desmond, leading the charge. the boss has set his sight upon the league. interested with learning about those in power. he was fascinated to learn about the heroic protectors who kept hoenn safe. personally wanting to learn and thank them for their services for keeping the citizens at ease. all while preparing to raise a few curtains for the next act.
