Who can he trust? Greyson Connors comes to mind. Putting aside Navy’s own high opinion of the man, Zamazenta’s pledge is a mark of his character. Sending Yuina his way would simply be batting her from one Elite Four to another, and the man is already burdened with preparations for the coming war. Not Greyson, then, as much as Navy would like to tap him on this.[break][break]
Isaac Merlo? Navy trusts Isaac with his life, but how many in League HQ feel the same? He’s a defector, the Liberator, poster child for the amnesty program. There are few men striving to be better who do so with more bombast or sincerity than Isaac Merlo, but Navy thinks they need someone else.[break][break]

“I can try to get you a meeting with Freya or Melody. Now, as for what that stuff ‘bout the dark triad means…” His voice trails off. “I ain’t an expert, but I know some people who deal with ‘em. Nearly got killed by ‘em once myself. You ask me…they think you’re important to their plan. Dunno how. Dunno when. Maybe they think you’re gonna be an avatar sooner or later.”

Laying all of her uncertainties out on the table, her reasons for keeping her head down, why she was hardly involved with the league outside of her ranger's work, Yuina at least felt a little bit better of letting it all down. If only for a moment. She didn't trust them and they didn't acknowledge her, for better or for worse, and she'd liked it that way...[break][break]
"Freya," Yuina was almost incredulous, returning the name to him in question.[break]
"Freya is the one who knows, the one who wouldn't tell me what the Drk Triad meant," she bit back, she hadn't had so much as a single word, a single glance, with the councilwoman since then.[break][break]
"She thought I was a part of the Drk Triad then... she probably still does...," and she wouldn't blame her... not as that white haired woman continued to haunt her every waking moment.[break][break]
It won't be Freya, Yuina knew she wouldn't be able to take an issue that was about trust and her word over that of anyone else that she would look to before taking Yuina into consideration to the councilwoman.[break]
Navy had a few more words in regards to the triad, they were dangerous, she knew that much, but... To think that she was important to them? An empty shell? A shadow cast from a life and a name she was now hiding from in favor of thinking she could ever be more than a hollow half of a person?[break][break]
But Nomi had asked her once... If she had any connections to a legendary Pokemon? And her meeting with the Aeos division too... Stated the Drk Triad could and would predict an avatar well before it was ever meant to take place... Why did that keep coming up?[break][break]
"I don't know what they want with me... And if I'm lucky I'll never have to find out," she breathed after a moment. She never asked to be this, she never asked for any of this, and now when she just wanted to stay here in this life, and forget about everything else... She still felt the burning of her skin at the searing hot breath that consumed her in that vision, that dark blue crest... Why was everything being decided for her?
