Harboring some expectations thanks to the incense, Petra is only a little surprised as she advances upon the above-average-sized Graveler. Spooked by her approach, the feral pokemon exhibits a negative response, seemingly more than annoyed when coming into contact with humans. Or maybe it was the Mienshao at her side?

The telltale signs of EXPLOSION portray the depth of it's hostility. Petra's pokemon strides forth, launching it away with a HIGH JUMP KICK before returning to her side. Although the imminent blast rocks the earth, and maybe even scared away some of the pokemon they were hoping to find... Petra is safe. That was the only part that really mattered.

"Thank you." Offering these words alongside a tasty berry serving as it's true reward, the two of them began headed further into the chasm....

It wasn't long before Petra was left to call upon her champion, once more. With the duo encroaching on the lone Aggron, there was no questioning the aggression in the way she raised her IRON HEAD.

Something of the same kicked in for Liu, who immediately jumped into the collision path. "Don't hurt it too bad." Petra exclaims in time for the Mienshao to heed the command.

Regardless of their bout being prolonged, Liu's consecutive flurry of DRAIN PUNCHES maintains the fighter's vigor while beating the Aggron's spirit to a pulp. The wild gal seemed to find some solace as she slumped to the chasm floor, flitting eyes glimpsing Petra and her pokemon patting her nose gently before priming a pokeball.

"What would I do without you?" Petra questions her Mienshao while inspecting the newly occupied pokeball. Regardless of knowing the answer, she gestures quietly for Liu to follow so that the two of them could hurry back home.[break][break]
