• Please ensure that your characters are in MEMBER DIRECTORIES & FACE CLAIMS. If characters are not properly in directories, undocumented characters may be archived or have their Face Claims be taken by new characters.
• The BLACK MARKET has refreshed!
• Due to Proboards issues, "Hoennian Ghost Tales" has been extended one day until December 1st, 11:59PM PST.
• "Constellation Searching" will be closed imminently.
• The CANON ACTIVITY CHECK is ongoing and will conclude by DECEMBER 20TH, 11:59PM PST. There are already characters who have been relatively inactive for a long time and may face changes (e.g. removal of Avatarship/switches or removals of positions) in spite of a ramp up in activity during the AC's period. Exemptions/pre-planned shifts have also been made and are included in the section dedicated to them. This section also include an early notice for one of our most beloved writers who is going on to bigger and greater things!! Wish them luck.

ICE-TYPE POKEMON GAIN BENEFITS! This includes Pokémon with DUAL TYPINGS that include the ICE-TYPE.[break][break]

• ICE-TYPE pokemon evolutionary lines have their evolutions discounted by 50%.
• ICE-TYPE pokemon evolutionary lines have a higher chance of possessing 5 moves, egg moves, hidden abilities, and being shiny.
• DEWGONG can be sold to the black market for 100 PD, while STEEL-TYPE POKEMON can be sold for 2X THE PRICE.

By the end, everyone who participates will receive rewards depending on the quality of the threads![break][break]

Enduring these winds will grant the move, "ICY WIND" to Pokemon who otherwise can't not learn it has been published... Just make sure you post right on time!

[attr="class","info"]COSMOLOGIC QUARRY — A new rendition of the "Adventour" event format has arrived. This time, the event revolves around the factions' respective expansions into the Ultra Wilds. As the alien earth is tilled, excavated, and repurposed, trainers find themselves encountering all kinds of artifacts.[break][break]

Other surprising discoveries may be revealed or sprung up on you, including attacks from the opposite faction and/or NPC enemies.[break][break]

This event will require a team of characters, and may feature a single character per writer limit. Successful completion of the event may reward you with a special Pokemon from the stars... though it is not without divine restriction.[break][break]

BELOW ARE SEVERAL EVENTS CRAFTED AND MODERATED BY MEMBERS. Although staff collaborate with members to run these events, they are mostly conducted entirely by their player-creators.

[attr="class","info"]SECRET SANTA (AERO) — Secret Santa may make its return. However, this time, to aid with gift-giving, the DRK Triad may have a hand in giving your characters the Pokemon of their dreams (within reason).[break][break]

Writers can sign-up for Secret Santa to provide a CUSTOM POKEMON for their gift recipient. The gifts can either be ICLY FROM A CHARACTER, or they may be from THE DRK TRIAD themselves (or more specifically, "Father Winter", the infamous Avatar assassin with a penchant for gambling and loose moral codes).

Lunala, a legendary which once pledged its allegiance to Rocket, is known to be in Ultra Crater. Rocket has assembled a strike force to enter the Ultra Crater, make their way to the alter of the moon, and capture Lunala by any means necessary.[break][break]

THE SAFARI ZONE HAS REFRESHED with a new selection. This new selection will last until DECEMBER 31ST, 11:59PM PST. Below, you can see the new rotation of Pokemon that you can capture.[break][break]

The previous safari selection's threads will be forcibly archived by DECEMBER 7TH, 11:59PM PST.

NEW AWARDS

NEW AWARDS WILL BE PUBLISHED SOON. Either this month or in the next, special awards related to the completion of "location-based endeavors" will be created.[break][break]

Each city, town or significant landmark will feature a series of endeavors (whatever your flavour). For example, Slateport City's endeavor list may include prompts like "Complete a thread in Slateport Beach" or "Reference Stern's Shipyard" in a post.[break][break]

These endeavors are meant to help situate your characters in the setting more and provide a common language for each locale.
