The Drapion grinned in satisfaction as his venomous tail slashed the body of the Feraligatr. However, the look of satisfaction on his face would turn to shock as the Feraligart unleashed a Hydro Pump at point-blank range. Unlike the previous one, this one was much stronger, thanks to the injuries his opponent endured. The Drapion was launched into the wall of the arena, before falling to the ground with a thud.

The Zoroark ran over to check on her comrade, noticing he was unconscious. With a gesture to her master, Thomas recalled the Drapion. "You did good, Tark.", he told the Drapion, before walking over to Kazimir, extending a handshake to the challenger. "Congratulations, you've earned the Demon Badge.", Thomas told him, using his free hand to hand the newest winner his badge.

"Now, what do you say we celebrate with some lunch? It's on me, of course."

the drapion was sent sailing into a wall and as it crumpled to the floor both kaiju and kazimir mirrored each other's movements as they tried to see what the verdict was on their opponent. when thomas recalled his poison comrade both trainer and pokemon held their breaths as they were approached by the gym leader, a good idea of what was coming next planted firmly in their hearts. as he was approached kaz was qiuck to take the handshake and hold out his hand for the badge.

he couldn't help but stare at it and smile widely as he quickly turned around and hugged his large gator partner, "we did it man! we got a gym badge!" the two of them let out laughter of joy before their focus was on the prospect of a free lunch as an additional reward. "oh well, sure thing man. better keep that wallet loose though, gonna need a feast fit for a champion cause a battle like that works up an appetite."

tldr; kaz won the demon badge!
