PUBLIC [break][break]

As Kazimir Wynter; is a trainer undertaking the Gym Challenge with dreams of becoming the Champion of the region. He spends most of his time camping out on the routes during his travels or makes great use of Pokemon Center's free room when he reaches a town or city.
As Kazimir Wynter; is heir to a long line of Galarian royalty, more specifically his family have been known throughout history as the Kings of Wynter who's numbers have decorated history with many of his family's blood becoming kings of Galar.
As Pokkenger; a mysterious vigilante that has been making his name known throughout his various deeds of daily peacekeeping and injecting himself into dangerous situations that require league officials as well as targeting various locations affiliated with Team Rocket.

WHAT THE LEAGUE KNOWS[break][break]

Many of the league's jobs have been taken under the Pokkenger's name and documents have been signed under his moniker. While troublesome for some of the paper pushers the Pokkenger has been officially endorsed by the league.

WHAT ROCKET KNOWS[break][break]

Is known to demolish warehouses containing any sort of supplies that Rocket stockpiles. How he obtain this information is unclear although it is suspected he may have contacts in the league or is very good at surveillance.

PRIVATE[break][break]

Maintains a Secret Base within Meteor Falls hidden deep within the caverns that is protected by his entire roster who live and expand it as his team grows.
Gives several codenames to different combination attacks and strategies used with his pokemon when more than one of them is out on the field. Often uses this to keep his foes on their toes and prevent them from reading too much into his attacks.
Used to be a prominent underground fighter back in his hometown within Galar, both for regular pokemon battles and with fights between people.
noah faber and Stormy Silph are the only individuals who know of his identity as the Pokenger, both revealed to them without his intention but considers them good allies.
Is the host to a Zygarde Cell that currently resides within his body and has been able to hear cries of others after the events of Slateport during New Years. Its power also protected him with a powerful barrier but he is unsure how to even tap into such power or how to communicate with the cell for now.
Even as his status as an Galarian heir Kazimir's familial roots go deeper than ancient kings. The Wynter family also helped co-found an order of paladins during a point of history in Galar known as The Darkest Day in which they and a number of others fought back a disaster in the region. While his other relatives have been keeping things under control in Galar a certain scholar has been researching a tome to track down other decedents of members for who knows what and deep inside its words are bread crumbs leading to Kazimir.
