If it weren't for the frosty breath that precedes the spawned creature, Isra might have missed the small thing or even passed it by. Her fire hisses as it cuts through the ice, sizzling and steaming into the ice and snow as much of the rest of the storm has during her dance. The lash turns on it in a flurry, fast and swift. The strikes rain true from where she stand. The ice in the air solidifies and forms the spears she's become so partial to. The tinting of her ability activate, increasing the strength.

Though the creatures snow cloak offers it some protection, it is not enough from the flurry of and fire. Ice cold fur sizzles and disappears beneath her strikes. It is only then that Isra looks down at her free arm where the cold has become something close to over bearing. She shakes it, the chill from the pokemon's attack lingers and she draws in a breath.

Isra stands still in the storm, letting it rage around her and blanket her in the solitary confines of pure white. She lets it cut her off from the false world around her, letting her mind sink into the truth drumming around the edges of her head.

In reality the frost on her arm would surely spell disaster, but here, here she can experience it. Even if it is a sense only vaguely reminiscent of reality it does not change the fact that the false numbness in her arm is an experience new to her.

She grins against the raging storm.

It is a creature she would find laughable in reality as much as she does here. Without hesitation spears skewer the frosty body. It's own spear soars through the sky only to be broken apart before it can make contact by her fiery lash. The woman shakes her head, the psychic energy that envelopes the false pokemon sends it soaring back through the storm, the gravity that follows anchors it tot he ground.

She lets it struggle a moment, before fire reigns down until all that is left is melting particles. The woman continues through the storm.

The beam of light soars through the storm and over her shoulder, the crackle of energy should have been alarming bu it only makes her grin.

In a crackling flurry of ice her spears surround the beast and descend without waiting for her. Psychic energy follows soon after, forcing it to the ground and holding it hostage against her pelting ice that still fills the sky. There's a moment where she almost thinks to let it go, to finish the little ice spawn with fire but Isra decides to test something else.

Just how long will it take? The chosen ability for her class leaves her with greater leeway than others might have and perhaps it would be best to see just how such mechanics work.

And so Isra waits, holding the beast in place until it bursts into data.
