[attr="class","devonpost"]some amount of time passes before their first encounter shows up. a toucannon soars down from the skies, poised to strike with its DRILL PECK. but that's the problem with fighting physically like that: all tentacruel has to do is dive.

the attack misses, and it doesn't take long before two tentacles lash out from underneath to deliver precise POISON JABS. it doesn't faint the bird, but it does enough to scare it away.
