"whoa, whoa!" noah sprints to kyle's side. he hoists his lover by the side, hand gripping him tight against himself as if to keep him up should he melt like a sundae scoop. "sorry about that. he kinda... got away from me. real fast."

he had caught a bit of their conversation. so, he pries.

oh, thank goodness. for a moment, she was worried that a drink would have been spiked. but.. to ask for one? she.. half expected for there to be a designated area for drinks. but if that were the case, it'll probably make things easier.

blessed be that kyle lopez wasn't alone, because noah faber soon made his appearance in front of her to try and pull a tipsy dog trainer back and away.

it was.. odd, seeing lopez act the way he did. solely because the energy coming from him was a far cry to what she was accustomed to, but it was also a refreshing change. the light-hearted exchange between the couple could have melted her ice cold heart for a bit there, enough to put a small smile on her face before turning to the sober one.

"it's no problem. he seems to be enjoying himself, at least." she stifles in a giggle, bringing her hand over her lips. "yes, kyle. daphne stone, it's a pleasure~" she chimes in return, offering a smile to both. "i was asking lopez where he got alcohol, and i have half the mind to get some." to try and loosen up. she won't add in that last part, lest she drown in the reality of.. not.. knowing half of what she was doing.

Their responses had Eva sigh as she crossed her arms. ”He’s had plenty of fun and who knows how long until someone decides to ask him his age.” She didn’t care that he was out here getting drunk as much as she did the fact that he was underage and this was a public event.

The chances of him getting checked at some point were higher than she liked and with the current state of the “Adults” around him none of them were going to be able to help and she’d get a phone call asking to bail all of them out.

”And work is what brought me here, I wanted him to assist me with something. I’m making a breakthrough, no time for taking a break.” And she really wished she just stayed back at the base and kept working on her project. But Priam’s looks eventually got her to change her mind.

That and they’d be useless at this point to her anyway so there wasn’t much she could even do besides get them somewhere safe. ”But fine he can stay for a bit longer but no more of the drinks, before we all get in trouble.” She said with a sigh, finally letting up.

”But we are going to talk about this later.” Eva added, her gaze especially focused on Marcel.

”Especially you.” They would be getting off easy today.

"there's an open bar nearby," noah points toward the lazy river ride.

a bar with tiki-motif rests against it, serving drinks to those in queue and to those floating in its track. and like the constant current in that river, noah continually tugs kyle close to his side.

"how do you two know each other?" noah asks. "are ya here alone?" resting his head on kyle's, the two seemingly merge like two ice cubes fusing together. "'cause if you are, you can hang out with us— and help me help him."

elijah does not like the beach. and yet, he's here. undoubtedly invited by someone, the apothecary is obligated to make an appearance or else he would be disciplined with an unscheduled visit to his quarters. he'd rather forgo unpredictability for a day's inconvenience.

and yet, he does not seek the ones who have lured him here to this trap. while others dry themselves out like overcooked fish on a hibachi, elijah seeks shade under a beach umbrella.

he sits beside Serena Malcolm, in a beach chair of his own. in his lap, he too, has a book. it's a self-help book: building websites for dummies. as he peers over to her, he wonders if he has seen her before.

but he's unsure. "getting some summer reading in?" elijah clears his throat, his voice attempting to rise above the music in her ears.

He had...failed, quite utterly. Whether it be due to the rotations, his over confidence, or what have you, Sebastian would come to blame it on the spinning regardless least he poke his ego.

Sucking his teeth and awkwardly rerouting himself back to his chill spot the Rocketeer would only falter in his step to make way to the bar first as a means to order another drink. Although this time the man would opt to pick out a SWABLU SHAVED ICE, taking it back to the shade and them sharing it with his feline friends he'd find delight in watching those whom would enjoy it and the others who didn't, reacting with sour frozen faces.

Haha, at least some of you like it, heh, hehh.

Finishing up just shortly after the next activity began Sebastian would wander over to the limbo area in hopes of redeeming himself, albeit limbo wasn't exactly his idea of equal to watermelon smashing. Stepping up to the plate nonetheless the blond would take his attempt at the "bendy" game....
