HELLO, EVERYONE! We're entering our 7th Arc on Hoenn! The setting and timeline will be updated to reflect this. Stay tuned as we explore the year of the dragon (or draconids?), while the site narrative brings Hoenn closer and closer to unparalleled dangers.

JCINK OR PROBOARDS? We're currently deliberating upon this potential move to the Jcink platform. Jcink has several tools that allow for automation of staffwork. hoenn is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise.

skin is created by pharaoh leap with graphical help from red. we would like to thank leap and meulk for their additional templates (staff temp, custom pc).

next, garden/swarm spawn, ranger raid, black market, pkmn contest post templates were coded by ulla.

teal has created the wild spawn, endeavour list, league card, exhibits. he and spiral also created the gachapon script, while the former created the gachapon template.

lav has coded in UI accessibility features on Hoenn (cogwheel icon on the navigational sidebar).

characters belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours. thank you for stopping by.

SYNOPSIS: the hoenn league has successfully diverted the 99943 meteno meteroid into an alternate universe. consequently, the region has experienced a violent planeshifting, a bombardment of terastal crystals, and now sports various rifts to realms in the ultra wilds. as megalopolan activity begins to rise, trainers who embark in expeditions to these realms uncover secrets behind the condition of the multiverse.
meanwhile, team rocket and the league amass resources to aid in their conflict against each other. the crime syndicate is poised to take more of the region territorially, while the league ponders a direct offense. legendary pokemon roam the region as potential benefactors or ruinous omens, leaving many to ponder how the hoenn region will ultimately be responsible for the end of all worlds.

another tour of hoenn, after so long.

she wanted some time to herself, exploring around and about. thankfully, she didn't have to worry much about time constraints. there was nothing that she needed to worry about now, since the return of her younger brother taking the mantle back up at the company. she didn't have to worry about the specifics anymore, nor did she have to worry about the tongues that wagged on about her incompetence.

that doesn't make the words she's heard, hurt any less.

the nimbus pokemon floating at her side gently pokes at her shoulder with her beak. the bluenette smiles the slightest bit at the pokemon, eventually nuzzling her cheek against its face. "i'm sorry for worrying you. i'm okay." she reassures it.

the altaria doesn't look convinced, seeing that her trainer had to try and push it.

the cloud bird knew better, though, than to try and push it onto the woman. instead, it almost wished that it were still a swablu so it could perch on top of her head. daphne maintains the smile on her lips as they walk past a mareanie, harmlessly slithering back into the darkness of where it'd originally came.

maybe she should go visit her brother, she thinks.

after all, it's been a while. a tour around hoenn was more than welcome, but she still couldn't help but to think back on how her brother decided that taking a vacation to sinnoh was a good idea. suddenly getting a call from him when he left, then suddenly getting a call when he returned so that she could live out her days in peace? certainly, a torrent of events that she could have gone without.

the altaria hums a tune, keeping the trainer company.

"lets hope that he doesn't try to shove the company back over to me," she smiles, rubbing her fingers through the soft feathers of the pokemon while a prehistoric pokemon watches from the shadows, yet does little to get in her path.
