[attr="class","giada i"]oof, teleporting is still new to her. something about the way the world kinda shifts away and then rushes back all at once leaves her a little queasy. it fades, eventually, as she's already eyeing their surroundings with a grin. how much trouble could be caused here? a lot, definitely. her hands wander before he can even stop her but khaz is replaced with cam and then he's speaking and she's having trouble concentrating because she's still in morning fun gia mode.

his hand smacks her ass and earns a squeak, caught off guard and distracted by the scolding. "oi," she quips, hands falling to rest on her hips but the look on her face is more playful than annoyed. "hands to yourself, then." they both know that's definitely a joke but she tries to keep her tone as serious as she can.

realistically, she's more content to steal her money than work for it but who could deny that face? plus, he didn't exactly give her room to even put pants on before they were whisked here. she's still mildly sleepy with her hair down and nothing more than a barely there shirt and shorts thrown on. a yawn escapes and she's stretching as she walks although all the hallways look the same and she's not seeing anything worthwhile yet.

"we're still gonna play, right?" it comes out innocent but there's a look in her eyes that says otherwise.

[attr="class","giada i"]a few more moments of stretching and she's got most of it out of her system. enough to usher out the one pokeball she managed to tuck into her bra before coming. a cyndaquil joins their side in a soft flash and she's mindful to not drift too close to the little fire baby. remember, fire not fur.

"fine, but i'm holding you to it," she murmurs. all work and no play makes for a dull kitty, he should know this. and even though they haven't actually done any work yet, she's already testing the boundaries by bringing herself close enough to his side that hips brush and okay, her hand might wander to return that ass tap.

oooh, a prize. alright, that has her more excited than the thought of play does. what's a job without a reward? boring, that's what. and if there's no prize then she's coming for both abner and marcel and she won't use the nice claws. "good ol' marcy," she chirps, retracting her hands back to her sides. "what kinda info are we talking?" basically should she actually work or just look like she is while trying to press as many buttons as she can? a buzzing distracts her before she can say any more and she's grinning, more than ready to chase whatever it is.

[attr="class","giada i"]she's distracted by the whirling and crackling and gurgling of the device to fully listen to his explanation. and instead of offering any words, she merely hums much like the machinery around them and slinks forward a little further. her cyndaquil follows with a little coo, teetering along after the blonde.

"and if it's just a bunch of magnetons, what then?" she's putting distance between them with each step as if the buzzing will grow louder the further she moves. it doesn't but a girl can try anyway. she could probably supply her own answer for the question but a curious glance is thrown his way anyway.

giada follows cam's lead, under the impression that the fire camel (is it even a camel? idk) can somehow smell or sense or feel something up ahead. of course, cam probably can't but it's the thought that counts kinda. not really but anyway! a thought crosses her mind as she looks between the pokemon they have on them.

"wait, is it even safe to have fire here? we're not gonna explode, right?" oops. maybe calore wasn't the best pokeball to shove in her bra? at that moment, a magneton rounds a corner and pops right up in her face. the blonde jumps with a gasp. fucking bolt head.

[attr="class","giada i"]an audible sigh of relief escapes as the magneton is melted and scared off. good riddance, fucker. she'll bend to scoop up her cyndaquil before continuing down whatever hallway they're in. by now, the sound of buzzing is more like white noise until eventually it just fades from her mind all together.

"smart," she murmurs. "best to not leave property damage." unless they wanted marcel to have their heads... yikes.

she's chasing after something that probably isn't there. only magnetons popping in and out of the frame like background actors in a movie. and while she drifts, the distance grows. she can still hear him, though, thanks to the echo of his voice bouncing off the walls. there's no point in waiting for him. he'll eventually catch up anyway.

"i was gonna suggest wasting it on something else," she offers. in her mind, there's only a handful of things she'd spend a prize on and taking her to dinner didn't seem to fit the bill. gachas, booze, jewels. the usual giada things.

another magneton pops up and she doesn't rely on him or cam to get rid of this one. calore lets out a flamethrower at half power, shooing the metal pokemon away.

[attr="class","giada i"]oops, curious cat wanders too far again. the title of her autobiography? probably. anyway, by the time she's growing tired of seeing magneton, she's drifted away from abner and seemingly into wherever it is those bolt things gather.

"oh," escapes her and then a laugh immediately after. well, he was right about one thing: nothing but magneton trying to become magnezones. and apparently, they're not fans of intruders.

giada will return with a cluster of magneton hot on her heels, one arm waving rapidly as she tries to hold onto her frightened cyndaquil. poor thing... how was he supposed to know that they don't take well to surprise flame burps? she catches the tail end of abner's confusion and the concept that he's leaving has her hauling ass a little faster.

"wait, wait! i'm here!" there's panic and laughter all in one go and she's not sure which is more fitting. there's not much time for him to really react before she's barreling at him and khaz, not bothering to care if she ends up knocking into them. "go, go, go." get her outta here. note to giada: never fuck with the magnetons again.
