Odd reading have been picked up by their computers for awhile now. While nothing came up as a result before so it couldn't be looked into further. At least not until now where readings were off the charts and Pryde's scientific mind demanded that he go see. [Break][break]

An odd dome had shown and her had gone in to investigate not caring for the dangers as he brought in a Lucario with him to see if they couldn't read the energy around them for further study. Everything was dark and large pokemon had appeared but pryde is ruthless in his commands as his subject defends him. [Break][break]

It's in the mist of battle that colliding attacks set off an explosion and everything seems to go black. The next his eyes open and he raises his hand everything feels small and he looks. It was not only his right arm but one of a child's. Had he been knocked out? Was he dead? There is a purple flame the glows infront of him in the form of a familiar pokemon. But not in the same form he is used to, it seems to call the child form of pryde forward as if wanting to guide him. [Break][break]

At first he goes along with it as he feels so tired, despite his seemingly young age now this is a weariness that he has dealt with for a long time. The weight of feeling dead inside since tragedy struck his family and everything was as dark as it seemed now. It was there ghost started to appear more frequently in his life and that is what makes him pause.[Break][break]

The flame goes out and everything around them is back. The Lucario had managed to subdue a Typholsion of sorts to which pryde captures, intending on keeping this ghost on a least to ensure he steered further away from the afterlife.

Pryde gives a small chuckle seems like only 3 of his guest had real experience. Another day and another grunt comes in, thankfully some repairs done to the furnace seeing how many of them still struggle even when sedated. It was almost amazing what adrenaline could do when on the brink of death. Too bad these pokemon would not find mercy with him. Or seemingly the grunts who were more than willing to give them sacrifices. [break][break]

At least this time around it was someone special, the test subject for project M.A.G.M.A, @byran. And while normally Pryde was more interested in seeing what kind of person the grunt was, right now he was more curious about the man's new abilities as they had him the Pokeball. Rather than taking care of it himself he decides to give it to his Mr. Rime. The psychic pokemon following procedure to sadate and paralyze the bug pokemon with the use of the other pokemon in the lab before they were returned to their pokeball and the fire turns on via the Heatran. [break][break]

Meanwhile it seems like Bryan fails to preform outside bringing a small glow on the tip of his finger. Pathetic really, but it wasn't like he understood how to work on that. After giving some advice to possibly reach out to Adrian Malcolm seeing as the young man was also an avatar. He would suggest Lulu Flint or Cillian Quinn, but he knows their worth and Bryan's. And the young man wasn't worth their time in the end. [break][break]

The other is excused as Pryde finally turns his attention toward the new fallen steel type sacrificed for the cause.

Well wasn't that an interesting sight. [break][break]

Watching the snake trying to devour it's prey at such a large scale was interesting to say the least. Though as he sees the Seviper things from before begin to click with the fangs, and the symbol from before. Was it also a part of this life circle? Oh well didn't matter in the end as they were here for power, and it seems like one of their grunts, bryan delarosa, was quite fixated on saving the deer. Though after seeing what had happened to the gorilla pokemon from before, he doubts it'll die. Though this was Rocket's prey so of course Pryde would do his part as the Heatran moves themselves closer. [break][break]

Returning the Heatran to it's pokeball Pryde calls for his Meltan before he takes out a little cube. One that grunt mint frost might recognize from previous experiments on a certain Zigzagoon. Tossing the cube at the blob of steel the small creature seems to twitch and turn. Something within the cube messing with the very structure of the hex nut pokemon as it's transformation as the cube forces an evolution out of it. [break][break]

The now Melmetal is huffing at it's sudden change looking back at it's master who is just smiling to show that he is pleased for once. Validation that the small pokemon had come to learn to seek from the man so while it wasn't ready for it, its was clear he was going to still serve to keep on his master's good side. "Now we're going to help attack aim for the Seviper, don't worry about hitting the deer," Pryde raises his hand as he begins to concentrate as he attempts to use a SAND TOMB on the snake. "It'll recover like the others." is his reasoning as he gives a whistle to command his new pokemon. [break][break]

the Melmetal gives a roar in confirmation as it then charges and uses a FLASH CANNON toward the snake. [break][break]

With the new bird in hand, the meltan is beginning to look worn down. It was not used to being put through so much work so quickly. Though with the way the scientist keeps going its clear to them that they weren't done just yet. Hopefully this wouldn't last much longer. The last on the list being a Growlith who was currently drinking water from the lake within the Safari. [break][break]

A tiny problem seeing the type advantage but gears are turning inside Pryde's head as he gets down to tell the meltan the plan before it gives a little nod. Deciding to trust in their master' work, using a HEADBUTT to bash the dog into the lake. And before it could recover the steel type uses THUNDERBOLT. [break][break]

And seeing as it was in the water well it wasn't long before it fainted and Pryde could go with capturing the pup with his last Safari ball.

A small smile appears on the man's face as yet another capture went through. The meltan seemingly happy to please it's master especially as it was handed a piece of metal to eat! The meltan takes it with delight before nomming on the piece before a hoot hoot noise could be heard. [Break][break]

A whistle is heard and wanting to please it's master a THUNDERBOLT it used to strike the unsuspecting owl in the tree. As it seemed to just try for peacefully resting it didn't expect the attack and faints on impact with the ground before pryde attempts to capture it.
