Stormy Silph. At least this time he wasn't coughing when it happened as he watched the younger silph take a seat. One after another people are coming in and Razz hates it. Salem even moves from his place on the table to start hanging on the ranger's shoulder.

"Neon?" he is confused why is he being called that but some unknown guy (
samuel carter). Socials as big as this he was still unfamiliar with, the last he attended were
