Kee was in pure shock. A mega stone! More specifically, one for his Houndoom. What luck was that! Kee went in a little deeper with Spheal shortly behind him. Moving into a section with a lot of trash, he started to take care of it. Really? How hard was it to find a trash can? It didn't make any sense to him. Oh well, it was what it was, and might as well clean it up while he was here.

Keenan started digging through the sand, since he saw a chain buried. But it wasn't a traditional chain, it was much more ornate. There had to be something of value there. Spheal was eager to find out as well. Since it was such a pretty chain...the charm or whatever was underneath had to be pretty too, right?

Staying a bit of the shallows, Keenan almost stepped on a few Pokemon, but a quick little dance or just playing a little bit with them would raise up their spirits. Or He would help them find a new place to hide. Luckily, none of them stayed mad at him for long when he did that. It seemed like he always got along with Pokemon better than people. Even though he was very approachable. He managed to find a few things in the shallow sands, thanks largely to those Pokemon.

Well, this was...interesting. In the shallows, but not so shallow that one could stand up in, was a Wailmer. And said Wailmer was having a...singing? contest with Spheal. It was loud and noisy, but kind of funny too. But it also sort of scared away the other Pokemon, allowing him to continue to look through every nook and cranny of the reef and kelp nearby. Always careful not to get caught by plantlife, he managed to find something shiny...

Keenan was back in the water, but only up to his knees. Watching Lumineon swim around his feet and legs, Kee just kept walking. He even saw a few Pyukumuku, which he helped toss back into the ocean. He also saw a couple of Crabby and Stunfisk. But it was something shiny in the sands that Spheal barked at him about and pointed at.

Keenan was taking a small break on the rocks, with Spheal rocking around. He's been swimming for quite a while now, so he was getting quite tired. Dozing off, he didn't even notice some Corsala coming towards him. When he woke up, he had a small coral and seashell neckless around his neck. And Spheal had a little crown that was so cute. The Corsala was still there, doing a little dance.  And he soon joined them, and they showered him with more gifts.

Keenan and swam closer to his brother, but got distracted. Spheal got stuck in a hole between some coral. Why he was in there, Kee didn't know. But it was obvious that Spheal was struggling to get out. Swimming over, he helped his Spheal get out. With an audible pop, he came out of the hole. Checking over his Pokemon, Spheal looked fine, and even he confirmed it. Looking over to see what had interesting them, it was something shiny. Huh.

Now they might have found something...a small wreck? Swimming over, he and Spheal did find that it was indeed a shipwreck. Shockingly not guarded by Sharpedo. So the two decided to check out the place and hope they ran into something interesting.

Oh? Pokemon were every bit as important to rangers as every other trainer. And Kee found it mildly amusing that he wasn't the only one afraid of getting lost as a ranger. Seemed Ollie already did. But overcame it with determination, and some tech that rangers were given. Well, that was neat, and some useful information. Nodding enthusiastically, he did know about that. People get lost, or ran into trouble. It was something of a worse case scenario. And something that he'd been afraid of since Aaron left him back in Oldale town so long ago when they first started on their journey.

Ollie seemed to sympathize, mentioning that his sister always knew what she wanted. Kee wondered then what made Ollie decide to be a Ranger then. The comment about the gym leader made him laugh though. "My Houndour is now a Houndoom, and a lot of my Pokemon have evolved and grown much stronger, but I think I'll use two of three certain ones. All of which still in need of training. Granbul, Gligar, and Mimkyu. Mimikyou is actually probably good, but the other two needs some training. I'm sure he probably has ways to strike back at ghost types, and probably hit hard at fairy types, it's still a little relaxing and comforting that you may have a type advantage, even though that doesn't always mean anything. I'd like to have at least two badges before I challenge him again."

Keenan looked at the time out of curiosity. It was almost dinner time. But before he left...he had to ask Ollie a question. "What made you decide to become a ranger?"

The blonde sifted through rock and sand, continuing his search. He hadn't had anything exciting this time. No Pokemon after his throat, no Pokemon wanted to play or dance, or anything really. It was nice to just relax a bit, with Spheal nearby doing much the same. It was in a way, cute, since both of them were mirrors of each other. Except Keenan wasn't a blubbery boy.
