This has to be the smallest Milotic Tam has ever seen. It takes some work to reel in, sure, because a Milotic is still a Milotic, but when the pokémon finally makes it out of the water, it turns out to be barely the size of a Dratini or even smaller. Is it a young Milotic? Just out of its egg? Barely more than fry or something? What is it doing up here? Where are its parents?

Tam is only two years older than , thank you very much. Although, honestly, if he were to try and guess the cadet’s age, he would probably think him to be barely more than a teenager. Funny how that works, right? Even when they’re close in age, some people sure seem much more mature than others. It may also be completely true in this case, but demeanour sure plays a part in it.
