She lands the popcorn piece between his teeth and chuckles at the satisfying crunch. [break][break] It takes a while for the wheel to go a full circuit, but she's patient. Patient, and lost in the slow start of the fireworks. A few more have been set off in preparation, a reminder of what's to come. She can hear excited couples and families behind her gushing over how exciting it will be to watch them from the ferris wheel.[break][break] She watches it slow to a halt and the passengers peel away into the night, looking for their next thrill. They're allowed past the gate and she finds a seat, still warm from whoever had last sat in it.
