October came with the season of setting up Halloween decorations for her embassy and Elise had already finished the preparations before setting off for the safari zone. Elise noted the Halloween decorations around most of the areas, including a little graveyard area with wax tombstones. She rather liked that they put some effort nto making it a nice little habitat for the Pokemon there.[break][break]

Her shiny Spiritomb follows after her since she wanted to spend some time with training him for a bit. Khorne himself seemed to be happy about the graves made of wax as he circled around to try and find the engraved text on them. A small laugh came from the Galarian princess, she’s sure that the Spiritomb was curious in wanting to know if there were different shapes of the tombstones.

The Border is a terrifying place filled with the souls of the dead. There was a small comfort in knowing that her mother passed on now along with other souls that pass through the mountains. Elise can still see the seal on it, she’d remember the time that she had to fight a deer with a bowl on its head. A ghostly spirit that was as powerful as the real legendary Pokemon at the Ancient Tomb a year ago.[break][break]

Her Marshadow stands guard as the female ghost looks over to the fog that covers the paths to the other places with seals. Orange eyes watch for signs of life, Veyle is sure to fight off anything that might harm the Galarian princess.

There was a time that she did wish for a utopian existence for her country where everyone else lived happily without all worries of the Darkest Day’s aftermath. While Remiel had run away from his responsibility as heir and because of his desire to pursue archaeology, his mother was the most upset. [break][break]

The prince has told her, his cousin, that she was the most suited to be the perfect heiress. Better than he was. Yet. he was still heir by title and didn’t seem to relinquish it even when the Galarian princess offered to shoulder the country’s future and to relieve the burden of being the future ruler.[break][break]

“I suppose the League’s Calyrex had been listening to the tale I gave him about my concerns for Galar’s future.” She answers the dark-haired woman’s question just when the princess is led to the alleyway. “And since he is a ruler himself, he saw that I had potential as the High King wishes to see how I handle the burden of being a ruler myself.”[break][break]

Even now, the care and love she had for her people and country outweighed the guilt she felt from people’s questions of Galar’s royalty being in Hoenn instead of their homeland.

Elise takes her own Hisuian Zorua to play with the wild fox Pokemon in the swarm while they’re both there in the graveyard near Mt. Pyre. Chiyo goes over to play with the little fox Pokemon while the Zoroark look at the female fox with an approving nod. Chiyo is happy to play with the older fox’s young and she partakes in their games of tag with each other.[break][break]

“We’ll see if there’s a Noh performance at the theater in Rustboro.” The ambassador reminds her ghost Pokemon gently since she knows that her little Zorua loves the plays in the traditional theater. Elise did have to admit that she misses seeing them back in Johto, maybe she’ll go back for a vacation someday.[break][break]

Just like the League Christmas party a year ago, the Galarian ambassador comes to the charity banquet hosted by freya morningstar in the Morningstar Estate, donning a dark blue formal royal gown decorated with red roses while she wears long white evening gloves. She’s able to see the decorations fill the cavern and it was clear that the councilwoman had taken care to make sure the cavernous rooms were tidy, neat, and welcoming for the people who came to attend the banquet and Sootopolis relief.[break][break]

Unless her Calyrex shard wanted to come out, she’ll leave him inside his Dive Ball right now. Instead, the female Sprigatito would be released outside of her Dusk Ball to reach for the food on the table. Elise scoops up the green kitten from the table with a click of her tongue.[break][break]

“Let me get your food, Jasmine. Don’t cause trouble.” She’d chastise the kitten before getting a plate for herself and a little plate for her Sprigatito. For Jasmine’s food, Elise cuts up some pieces of Magikarp filet for the kitten to eat while the royal takes some spring and egg rolls to eat with her drink being a glass of sparkling water.[break][break]

Setting down both plates on one of the empty tables, her Sprigatito jumps onto the table to eat her Magikarp filet piece. Elise does note the presence of the familiar ranger, one that worked under her purview. [break][break]

“Hello Silverio, I had thought I’d see you here at the banquet.” She approaches the Paldean ranger and greets him just as the female Sprigatito finishes one of her pieces of Magikarp filet to join her too. “With the flooding being present in Lilycove, I was hoping I could give funds to help with those that are homeless.”

In her years of undergoing training from her late mother, even the ambassador learned how to pacify angry spirits. “I hope not, but you will be in good hands since I can try pacifying angry ghosts with my Mismagius’ help.” She gives her research partner a nod, knowing that her ghost can commune in the same language as the other ghost Pokemon did with the Galarian royal.[break][break]

When Easter asks if Elise is afraid, the Galarian ambassador shakes her head slightly. “I don’t think so, but I used to be afraid of ghost Pokemon when I was younger.” She recalls the times that her late mother showed her that her ghosts were friendly and willing to keep her company. “My late mother ended up showing me that her ghost type Pokemon were friendly and she even had me undergo the same spirit medium training she did from her mother.”

The war makes the Galarian ambassador worry for her future in her college education, given that she’s currently a student at its university. An arcade would make her feel less concerned since both her Porygon-Z and her Magearna wanted to have a little fun.[break][break]

A machine catches the eye of her Porygon-Z since the bird-like Pokemon sees a Porygon playing the machine alongside its trainer. Balin nudges Elise to try and do the same while Audrey makes herself busy in playing Traveling Path and using her hands to move the joystick in directing a Torchic over to its destination across the logs in the water.[break][break]

A screen flashes that the machine is awaiting a second player and the premise of the game is a shooter. “If you don’t mind, Balin and I can play too.” The ambassador figures that she would nicely offer before she sits down at the second player’s seat with Balin integrating himself with the machine.[break][break]

While she goes for some detail of finishing her customizable humanoid avatar much like a noble lady, the Porygon-Z randomizes her pet into a little blue and red duck.

When the streamer said that his mods can’t handle all of the assholes that come onto his stream to mess with him, a little sigh came from the female royal. “You do need better moderators who will get rid of them for you. I very much understand where you are coming from because my embassy’s Tweeter has those people as well.” The manager of her embassy’s Tweeter blocked those who left negative messages, but kept those that said constructive criticism to help make Galar better. “And I suppose I also came to Hoenn from Galar to initially find my cousin, but now he has passed on the ambassadorial duty to me.”[break][break]

Remiel’s mother still wanted to have her son come home and bring the royalty back to their rule. The Prime Minister still has his hold onto the wealth that he was reported to have stolen, according to Remy.

paxton concordas ’s greeting came with a question after. What did the Galarian hope to find here in this mansion’s great hall? Surely, there were other people who had other reasons to find what they wanted for the night. She hears the other blond man answer first. History appeared to be of interest to this man, especially from a mansion that had an older kind of history.[break][break]

“I, too, am of a similar interest. I’d want to find out more abut the mansion’s great history." She gives her answer to the masked blond man while she feels the cold touch of a Gastly that keeps her company. “And I am very glad that the ghost Pokemon here in the mansion make great company when I arrived.”[break][break]

An introduction of a name comes from the blond man that the other was talking to. Her gloved hand brushes in contact of an pretend attempt to do a handshake as her form falters for a second. “It is a pleasure to meet you, Father Isaac.” A smile came upon the stunning pale face of the Galarian woman before she gives out her name in turn to Isaac Ward . “Ivy Tudor. My father is a Duke of Hammerlocke descended from a family of aristocratic occultists.”[break][break]

Unluckily, a priest wouldn't be happy to be cursed. The Galarian imagines that a priest had anti-curses at his arsenal to ward off evil from possessing members of the church.
