The appointments at the Galarian Embassy had been taken care of, so the ambassador takes up her part time job of running her Minor League gym in Mauville City. She did have to thank her boss for helping her with the landscaping of this one, but the diplomat feels bad that many homes had to be moved. Josh’s and her minor league gym were close that she feels that she’s probably on the Mauville gym leader’s own territory.[break][break]

A challenger had entered the castle that her ghosts made their home in and accompanying the young man was a Ceruledge. “It’s so very nice to see another face at my minor league gym.” The royal diplomat makes a little bow with her head along with her refined greeting. “I do not have much people stopping by my gym due to my full time job as Galarian Ambassador.”[break][break]

She figured that he probably stopped by to challenge it nevertheless. “I presume that you would like to do a traditional battle?” Elise asks while her group of ghost Pokemon accompany her too when they were done with their work on maintenance to help the gym staff and her Mismagius Levitates off the ground.

She takes out several fruit candy in colored wrappers to eat while the diplomat gives a strawberry one to the shard Calyrex. The scent of the candy that she eats, a blueberry flavored one, attracts a wild Spritzee that flies towards them. With one look over the features of the small pink Pokemon, Elise thought it looked like a small bird and it looked cute too.[break][break]

“Go on, take one.” She’ll give one of the orange wrapped candies and unwrap one for the wild fairy type Pokemon. The Spritzee takes the orange flavored candy and pops it into his mouth, savoring the flavor and visibly liking the sweet orange flavor that came into the Pokemon’s mouth.[break][break]

While the wild Spritzee eats, the ambassador takes out a Dusk Ball from her pack and taps the little head of the wild Pokemon with the button in the middle. From that, the Dusk Ball sucks in the wild pink bird into the spherical capsule.

Maybe she doesn’t know much of the silent scrutiny that the Elite Four member gives her, so his bee Pokemon set up a table and two chairs for both of them. The Combee and their Vespiquen were very orderly and neat when they finish setting up before the bug type Pokemon hover to let the Galarian Ambassador take her seat. When Elise takes her seat, the shiny Polteageist in his butler uniform takes his seat on the table next to her.[break][break]

“It’s fine for me.” Eloquent words came from the female diplomat when Greyson gets to his question over the reason that he asked her to come here. “And…I would assume you called me because of the incoming conflict that is about to happen soon.” She’d worry more for the Dyna Tree in Ever Grande City too since she did have a responsibility to keep the real Calyrex safe. The civilians in the cities and towns were probably unaware of the upcoming battle for the next month.

Lovely singing is heard when the diplomat and her shard take a look at the Primarina sitting on a rock. The species were likened to the mermaids in storybooks and Elise sadly already had one herself. Though she and Charles were happy to listen to the Primarina’s singing a while longer, the wild Primarina finishes his song and goes into the ocean waters from the shore. [break][break]

The shard looks towards the ocean waters while the diplomat is a bit lost on her own thoughts. With the death of the Top Champion, she has to prepare for the bigger conflict in the next month now.

She had seen some nurses in Pokemon Centers use them before, but most of the other Pokemon like Audino were also good medics. When the shard finishes pouring through a bit on the Green Knight, psychic powers from the King hand the book over to the ambassador.[break][break]

Focusing on the man who introduced his name, she shakes his hand and gives her name in turn too. “It’s very nice to meet you, Greyson. My name is Elise.” Maybe it was from the advice of Sheriff Navidson that she wouldn’t give out more than her first name since he worries about her like a little sibling figure.

The thunder’s rumbling comes from the skies that turn dark in a slow pace. Clouds were moving in and the diplomat knows that the brother of Alex’s legendary was coming. She hears a familiar voice call her attention when the Galarian turns to see her friend with bags of fries. “Oh hi Alex, I thought you might come to see Tornadus’ brother.” While she talks to the Fortree gym leader, the shiny white thunder cat still looks up at the sky and Freyja appears to be ready for battling it out with the Unovan god of storms.[break][break]

“Do you have fries with you?” She asks with a little chuckle since Alex probably wouldn’t know what to do with all of them or if he could eat all of those carbohydrates at one time. “I don’t think you could eat all of them, it sounds like there’s a lot of carbohydrates to consume. If possible, I can help you finish them.” Well, she’ll also have to consume a lot of carbohydrates, but there was nothing that exercise can’t fix.

Elise has been to the beach at times whenever she needed a place to be alone with her thoughts. Waters from the wave wash over the sand while she walks with the floating High King. She isn’t sure if he would like the beach as much as a king who liked nature could, but Charles didn’t appear to mind. Air from the Hoennian sea blows across her face when she stops to look at the ocean in front of them.[break][break]

“I think you’d like the water even if it is salty.” The Galarian Ambassador talks to the shard Calyrex. Hoenn was so far away from Galar that she wishes that she didn’t disappoint the Galarian people for leaving them. “The water makes me feel calm when I am stressed.”[break][break]

The hare king gives a nod and watches the water too. He floats over to the shallow shore of the ocean and dips his paw into the ocean water when Elise comes over and takes a seat next to him.

Trapped between the vines caused by the deer’s power over nature, the royal ambassador steels herself for battle with this man. He returns his Hisuian Zorua and sends out his red Genesect. A Pokemon that she hadn’t seen before and something that she had to learn in dealing with something that isn’t a normal Pokemon obtained from the wild. [break][break]

A Techno Blast from the Genesect is aimed at her Gengar while the Psychically controlled vines shoot towards her. “Kage, I’ll like you to use Shadow Ball to meet that Techno Blast.” The male Gengar creates a Shadow Ball that launches towards the Genesect’s Techno Blast and she’ll quickly send out her shiny Polteageist to help protect her.[break][break]

“And you really think that you can harm me this way…” Her words were calm, composed, but they elicit regal judgement. Chamomile uses Protect to create a barrier that stops the vines from reaching the ambassador. “How low can you get in attempting to assault a royal ambassador of her country?”

Looking down to the small Abra that stops struggling in the arms of his trainer, she probably had overdone it on her warning. Even the blue-haired trainer is impressed by how she handled his Abra with her skill. “It was nothing. My mother was able to get her ghost type Pokemon to listen to her when she handled them.” Well, Elise couldn’t do the same with her mischievous ones that liked to scare people whenever they liked. When Zachary talks about his hopes of entering a competition when he’s better and congratulates her Pokemon, she understands that when her record wasn’t the highest out of the three winners. “I am sure that you will be able to enter a tournament and have fun with it. My opponents had fun with the battles that I had with their Pokemon.” A response came with a little nod while her Mismagius moves one of the vanilla cupcakes onto a table and pops one into her mouth.

When the blue-haired young man talks about letting him know if there was anything he can do to help, the diplomat gives a slow nod. “Thank you and I’ll let you know if there is help that I will get from you.” Though she knew that her mother’s time was up during the time that she had visited the Dyna Tree for the Calyrex’s final story, that still hurt her. Her father was seen in his study in the estate when she came to live with him and her sister where he appeared to be in quiet mourning.[break][break]

A weight is felt on her body and she notes the male Delphox giving her a hug. Dizzy had probably wanted to comfort her since the fox didn’t want to see her making a mournful face. “Thank you, Dizzy. And when the shard of Calyrex’s bulbous crown glows into a radiant light green, the King of Bountiful Harvests’ divine anger creates a luminous beam of blue Psychic energy aimed at tearing both the female Megapolan and the Pecharunt apart.
