He winces in pain "Typically when someone penetrates me, they buy me dinner first." he growls as anger fills his expression and he sends out another pokemon. "Sirfetched meteor smash!" he orders as the knight in shining armor rushes forward towards Paxton and Xerneas follows up with a GEOMANCY to try and blind paxton with the sheer brilliance of the god of life. "But unfortunately. I'm not here for a long time." as he was mostly here to save his fellow rocket from fighting with a big wig. [break][break]

He and Xerneas retreat immediately, tree striding away, ordering his sir fetched to evacuate in the same manner but it seemed like Paxton had other plans.

A voice cuts through the scene. [break][break]

The trees start to rustle along the shoreline despite the lack of a breeze as if something's will was imposed in theirs as a vines burst forth and out towards the target. Bryan uses BLACK BRIAR to isolate him and paxton from his fellow rocket as a tree of life destroys a portion of the beach to make room for it's roots. [break][break]

Xerneas and Bryan emerge from the center of the tree. "Mind if I take this dance?"

He lands the hit on bryan, he manages to stick the landing onto him rather easily. [break][break]

However Bryan panics, he loses his balance and pulls Kazimir off of the gyarados with him. "You FUCKING IDIOT YOU KNOCKED US BOTH OFF." he yells at him as they began to plummet quickly. [break][break]

he has to think fast, he doesn't even realize this would save kazimir too. "Gyarados! Hurricane!" he orders as the pokemon whips up a rapid windstorm that lifts them up and sustains them in the air for a moment as Byrna grabs onto kazimir. However the windstorm suddenly pulls them apart and sends bryan careening into the ocean. [break][break]

How did he feel when he bonded with Xerneas? "Honestly? I wasn't even aware it had happen." he explains. [break][break]

"I felt a lot of emotions, but that's for more personal reasons than anything else." He tries to think back on it, but honestly at this point it felt like a distant dream to him. He wasn't the same Bryan he was when that had happen. He lost a lot of people since then that kept him on a better path. [break][break]

As the forest grows darker, more plant life seems to grow, somewhat contradictory to their environment as some light starts to peak through now. [break][break]

They arrive at his "Garden of eden" becoming more comfortable with others coming into it as the tree grew stronger with each passing day. "Kill anything here and I'll beat ur ass, got it? I've worked too damn hard on this garden." It was an empty warning, he wasn't going to do anything to temp but he had to ensure that no one would bring harm to this area.

Bryan had finally met his match, the spar with Zev Harcourt was a stalemate previously. Neither one could hurt the other in a meaningful way. An unstoppable force vs an immovable object. [break][break]
But this battle was different. [break][break]

The man slithers out of his grasp like a prey escaping the jaws of a predator as he starts to tilt the battle ever more in his favor. He uses one of Bryan's own strategies against him, injuring his body to get in a decisive strike. Bryan is sent reeling back as he's dazed from the attack. He's reeling as it seems like regardless of what Bryan did, Navy wouldn't stop. [break][break]

His will rivaled that of a god in Bryan's opinion and it revealed a side of Bryan he hadn't shown in a long time, one he thought was long gone. [break][break]

His fear of death. [break][break]

The scared little farmer's boy in littleroot who just wanted to know the love of his parent's gaze. [break][break]

The room shakes as the black briar begins to wither and Bryan collects himself, or tries to. Navy's assault is relentless and isn't giving him time to recover. [break][break]

Xerneas feels the black briar's power fade and he's struck from behind again by the pesky frog shinobi. Xerneas's attack lands it's mark, creating a peaceful and sudden death for the noctowl and he re-evaluates the situation. Bryan is taking a lot of his energy supplies and making little progress in return. They needed to leave, at this rate the longer they stayed the more chances of them being captured and imprisoned became more likely.[break][break]

Xerneas dissapears into the vines again as the barrier begins to waver and sees Bryan and Navy, it tries to ram into Navy from behind with HORN LEECH. to restore it's health but in reality it was just to move Navy away from Bryan. "We are leaving." and for once Bryan does not argue, he recalls his Kommo-o into it's ball as the drain punch sucks the last bit of life. [break][break]

He doesn't even say anything else to Navy, simply just running away and dissapearing into the nearest plant life he could find. [break][break]

The prey and the predator swapped positions that day.

Hattori's strike is true. Sacred liquid spills out of Xerneas's body, plant life spurting out where the blood touches on the ground. [break][break]

Xerneas grimmace's and quickly uses it's infinity energy to restore the wound almost immediately, causing a gash to appear on Bryan's back instead as he screams in pain but continues to fight on within the Briar. Xerneas knew this would happen and has to move away quickly, moving one of his hoofs to a vine to disspear quickly and position himself away from the tiny ninja. [break][break]

Xerneas knew they were outnumbered and had to thin out the heard slightly as he decides to take his revenge on an unsuspecting pray as the temperature in the room drops slightly and the deer manfiests on top of the black briar cage and he shoots an AURORA BEAM onto the noctowl as a cascade of colors and ice barrage the bird's body. [break][break]

The PSYCHIC attack from the noctowl still hit's Kommo-o in tandem with the paralyization causes kommo-o to stand still in place, being unable to do anything but recover from the attack. [break][break]

As the gash manifest's on Bryan's back, there's an opening in his defenses Navy can capitalize on that sends Bryan flying back. He was shocked that a man in one of those sygnasuits could even remotely compare to his strength. Navy roars with a draconic like fury in his eyes as Bryan can almost make out scales on his skin, unsure if it was a hallucination or reality. [break][break]

He sinks into the vines for safety as he looks to re-orient himself and attack Navy from his blind side, emerging from underneath him to pick him up and then quickly tries to drop him onto the ground and pin him. "You. Aren't. SHIT." he yells at him as images of the fire he unleashed upon littleroot return to his mind for some reason.

Words were for humans, not Byran, he was sure he couldn't be classified as something like that anymore at this point. Xerneas's blessing warped his body and his mind beyond recognition. The cold and calculating rocket member had been replaced with a vicious wolf who was always starving. [break][break]

However it seemed that Navy did speak a language Bryan was familiar, rage. The outrage collides with Bryan as he tries to go blow for blow with the man. His continuous onslaughts prevents Bryan from using one of his hands to manipulate the vines within the Z-move as he needed to use a hand gesture to manipulate the plant life.[break][break]

With each blow, his rage increased. With each blow more blood had been spilled, unclear if it was Navy's fists or Bryan's. However it didn't matter in his opinion, he wouldn't stop until Navidson was no longer breathing for if there was one thing he could absolutely win in was in his ability to just keep going. [break][break]

"See! You're not fucking different than me, killing a pokemon? For shame Mr. Sheriff, I thought you cant be judge jury and executioner?"

Meanwhile, outside of the dark green canonpy that his patron has set up the "god" of life stood defiant against the puny greninja. He looks down at the creature, his etheral gaze casting itself upon the greninja. He was on his own, with Bryan handling Navy, Xerneas was in charge of dealing with the situation outside of the black briar.

"Kommo-o, let your rage.. be unbound." he instructs with a tone of sadness and disgust in his voice. FAIRY AURA ACTIVATES and Xerneas fires a MOON BLAST at hattori to try and destroy the Pokémon where it stood. Kommo-o roars in defiance and sees a thunder punch rushes at the Kommo-o, paralyzing it with one shot but the pokemon grabs onto the punch before it occurs and unleashes a plethora of seeds as it uses LEECH SEED on the enemy Kommo-o

Bryan's Pokémon was feasting on his emotions, their bloodlust was insatiable now. [break][break]

The kommo-o's rage is directed towards the noctowl but the kommo-o was currently stuck dealing with a lesser dragon that demanded his attention. The kommo-o ignites it's claws with a draconic energy and slashes down at it's younger sibling trying to kill it in cold blood and establish itself as the Alpha pokemon. [break][break]

It was clear he needed assistance "Xerneas!" he orders as the pokemon immediately appears in a rush of vines taking over the hall and xerneas emerges, riding on top of the vines as they surged forward "Black BRIAR!" he yells at the top of his lungs as the halls filled with vines and seemingly sealed off Navy and Bryan from the pokemon. "You and me. I would advise against that little suit though. I'm aware of it not letting it use moves after right?" [break][break]

Xerneas remains outside the briar thorn barrier, worried for Bryan's constitution against that man but the pokemon had a goal given to him. He had to turn the tides of the battle "You will fall here." he responds to the pokemon as he uses his own psychic against noctowl.

"I wont lie, Oscar probably told you, or probably not since a lot of people mimic'd my sentiment during our last group meeting with everyone. I wanted to take over little root exactly for repurposing that land for our resources like farming food." [break][break]

he says as Bryan never really advertised his green thumb but growing up on the country side did have some benefits and unique perspectives on stuff. "Terraforming though? What are you guys planning on doing?"

The attack comes in too quick, the echoed voice immediately pins him As he tries to reach for grimmsnarl, instinctually attempting to heal it with his ability since it was one of his stronger pokemon but it was for naught. [break][break]

The mega stone is stolen out of his hands and he's forced to retreat into some of the vines in the area to make his escape. However, grimmsnarl couldn't and the thunder punch spreads throughout it's body and fries it. The pokemon convulses erratically and bryan screams "NO, MORGAN." he yells. [break][break]

However he already feels it's life force fading to the point not even he could do anything about it. His glance switches to Navy and stares him down "You BASTARD." he yells at him "I'll show you a REAL KOMMO-O" he yells as he sends out his Shadow kommo-o and the pokemon immediately uses clangorous soul and erupts into a mish mash of vines and shields. "Power whip!" he orders as the unnatural vines, laced with surging shadows within rush towards the opposing Komoo-o using all of it's unnatural strength to hopefully push the opponent's Kommo-o into a nearby wall.

However he seems unbothered and with his blood dropping onto his stead, they were as well as bryan cured their status effects immediately. But he doesn't seemingly...do anything, he stares at remiel, noting the tears in his eyes. For once, the heartless man stops as he channels energy into healing himself as his pokemon with him back to perfect health. [break][break]

"The next time I see you. I won't stop until one of us drops." and with that his pokemon turns tail and runs away quickly. Bryan seemingly attempting to quell his anger and spectacularly failing at it. But to who the anger was directed at was extremely unclear.

He takes his fist and punches the aura sphere, still taking damage from it as his knuckles began to bruise and bleed for moments. "You think I care? I don't need to know what I'm fighting for, as long as I'm given a goal I WILL achieve it." [break][break]

His grimmsnarl's body starts to shut down as more and more strength is sapped from it and it's spirit is rocked. He cries out in pain, grabbing bryan's attention and he thinks of a solution. "Grimmsnarl!" he says as Bryan isn't fast enough, Navy would see him reaching to get his mega stone activated and heal the pokemon. But his attention was off of navy, now was his chance to stop him and turn the tides slightly.
