[attr="class","queenbea2"]Once again Bea had an early start to her morning. At this point it felt like a routine. Even though, those first few moments of waking up before dawn were hell, for the most part she was getting used to it. After her morning run/hike she would go home to shower and get dressed for the day. Her favorite thing lately has been visiting a new favorite café of her's.

It was pretty close to her house so she would just walk over, which usually felt nice in the early morning. She'd take her laptop, order a latte and spend the next 30 minutes to an hour searching for modeling auditions or open jobs. If she wasn't searching for that she was working on adjusting her portfolio and resume and as a last resort she'd read.

Today was no different, as she strolled into the café. Perhaps she was a bit perkier than usual, her workout went without any accidents today after all. It was practically a miracle. The smell of freshly brewed coffee hit her nose strongly before it was followed up with the faint smell of baked goods. Maybe she'd treat herself today.

"Good morning, Bea. The usual?" the barista asked her. Bea smiled and nodded, sliding off her shades and slipping them into her purse. "I'm a regular now?" she smirked. "Might as well be," the barista quipped as she began to fix her hazelnut latte. "Oh and add a fruit parfait on the side today please." Bea added. "Oh, she's in a real good mood today." the barista joked and Bea only waved her away with a smirk still on her lips as she made her way to pay for her things.

Lately he’d been hearing decent reviews about one cafe in the upper district. Since Dakota depended heavily on coffee he was tempted to have a little visit, opening the door to the cafe he was greeted by the chime of a small door bell and the fresh aroma of roasted coffee beans.

The interior was nicely done, it looked cozy and inviting. He hoped that the coffee would live up to its reputation. Dakota would walk over towards the counter, a puzzled look on his face as he tried to navigate the vast menu. He had always been an indecisive man, and the fact that the coffee shop had different choices made things even more difficult. Eyes scrunching up as he read the menu a few times the exchange between Bea and the Barista made him glance over.

He noticed that the barista was fixing up a hazelnut latte, and Dakota enjoyed the sound of that. Scratching his chin he waved to grab the workers attention. “I’d like the same as hers please.” He spoke with a soft smile, quickly handing her the money.
Dakota wasn’t much of a social person but he didn’t mind small talk, especially in such a setting. Clearing his throat he glanced once more towards Bea “So guessing you know the menu pretty well..?” He awkwardly questioned, once again clearing his throat.

[attr="class","queenbea2"]While waiting for her things Bea quickly scrolled through some magazine articles she missed out on, not really paying much attention to the things going on around her. At least that was until someone broke her focus by talking to her. “I’d like the same as hers please.” a deep male voice said beside her. "Sure thing, hun. One moment." the barista replied as she began working on both of their orders.

Bea attempted to ignore the sudden distraction as she went back to reading but it was only a brief moment before she was interrupted again. “So guessing you know the menu pretty well..?” a question was posed to her that caused Bea to frown in annoyance. Firstly, she just wanted to read in peace, secondly, the hell did that mean. She quickly turned to face the man, ready to lay it out straight for him before she froze almost immediately.

Her amber orbs quickly gave the man a once over, and then another as she realized the person standing beside her was attractive as hell. Losing her earlier gusto, she cleared her throat before shrugging. "I just know what I like. I'm a bit of a habit kind of girl. I find something I like and I keep coming for it." she said softly as she gently tucked a piece of her silver hair behind her ear.

Other than Fernando she hadn't really seen too many people here in Hoenn to catch her eye. Alright, maybe she was being a little outrageous but she couldn't help it. Her eyes loved looking at beautiful things and the man beside her...well he did something for her that for sure. A light frown appeared on her features as she realized how ridiculous she sounded in her head. "So, your first time huh?" she asked as she slid her phone into her purse. "This place is new but it's getting quite a buzz for a reason. I think you'll like it here." she offered a smile in his direction.

“Hmm that so, personally I like to try new things.” Dakota responded back, he didn’t notice the irritation in her look. He stepped out of the way for other customers to order; he ended up standing next to Bea.

He nodded at her question, “I heard good things about it, but I wasn’t expecting this many people.” Dakota chuckled lightly, glancing at the door as more people entered. This cafe was a lot busier than the ones he usually frequented.

The drinks were quickly done, as the worker called it out Dakota grabbed both drinks. He handed Bea hers. " I hope so. It’s surprising how quick they got the order out given how busy they are.” He spotted out a nearby empty table, and decided to invite Bea along. "Care for a chat?"

[attr="class","queenbea2"]“Hmm that so, personally I like to try new things.” Tucking a piece of hair behind her ear she nodded as her thoughts raced. 'I wonder if he'd be down to try me...' she thought to herself before shaking her head. She honestly needed to calm down. However that thought quickly went out the window as her eyes widened slightly as he stepped closer to her. A distant blush crept across her cheeks as she quickly turned her attention back to the barista at work. He was just moving to the side to let other customers reach the counter.

Honestly, she was acting some lovesick teenager. She needed to stop before she seriously embarrassed herself. “I heard good things about it, but I wasn’t expecting this many people.” he chuckled lightly. Beatrix smirked as she nodded, "It's certainly gotten more popular in the last few days. I think it was featured in some article." Bea mused as she placed a hand on her hip. "But despite the crowds the owner does a good job of making it a relaxing experience." She continued. It's why Bea always came back to work on things.

Their orders were ready in no time but before Bea could reach to grab her order the man beside her did so. So he was a gentleman too? What was that? The distant chime of wedding bells? The corners of Bea's mouth quirked up in a small smirk as she mentally laughed at her own little joke. "I hope so. It’s surprising how quick they got the order out given how busy they are.” he replied as he handed Bea her order. "Care for a chat?" he asked as he gestured towards a free table.

To say she was surprised and taking off guard would be an understatement but she quickly recovered, a smooth and charming nature exuding from her once more. With a smile and a light shrug she walked ahead of him. "Sure, why not? I've got time today." she chimed as she made her way towards the table he had pointed at.

Placing her bag on the corner of the chair she sat down prepared to give her full attention to something other than her usual hobbies today. Leaning forward a bit while stirring her coffee she gave the man another once over before deciding to get right to it. "So, what's your name, handsome?" She asked softly before taking a sip of her coffee.

Truthfully he expected Bea to decline the offer, it wasn't often that Dakota socialized with strangers in a cafe. He didn't mind much though, as he also had some time to kill. Walking after her he would set down her drink in front of her then would sit down himself.

"I'm Dakota Jabami." He introduced himself in a simple manner, he was a little confused when Bea referred to him as 'handsome' he convinced himself that he was imagining her saying things due to being tired. Taking a sip of the beverage there was a small smile of satisfaction.
