INTRODUCTION

LEAGUE & ROCKET SCIENTISTS WITH THE HELP OF PALDEAN INTEL have created TERA ORBS that harness the mysterious energies found within TERASTAL CRYSTALS. These crystals were first encountered by those on the 99943 METENO meteoroid, where scientists like Lulu Flint, Naomi Sato and Eva Morales attempted to salvage samples.[break][break]

When deployed, these Pokeball-shaped items rigorously gather the energy of TERASTALLIZATION found in nearby crystals or from the environment. Afterward, they can be tossed toward your Pokemon of choice to TERASTALLIZE them into a TERA TYPE, overriding their previous typings.

TERA GUIDELINES

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS below in order to procure your tera orb. As a note, your site shop purchase of a tera orb comes with a TERA TYPE of your choosing that you can ADMINISTER TO ANY OF YOUR POKEMON.[break][break]

• To acquire your tera orb, purchase it from the SITE SHOP. Indicate that you are purchasing a tera orb alongside which tera type you would like to unlock first for a specified Pokemon.
• To give a specific Pokemon more tera types, you must purchase tera shards to augment your Pokemon. A Pokemon CAN HAVE MORE THAN ONE TERA TYPE on Hoenn.
• You can only terastallize once per thread and will last until the terastallized Pokemon faints.
• A Pokemon CAN NOT be mega evolved and terastallize at the same time. They also can not use a Z-MOVE or have an ACTIVE SYGNA SUIT on at the same time.
• SHADOW, ILLUMINA & PURIFIED Pokemon can terastallize.

WHILE TERASTALLIZED, POKEMON GAIN THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

• The Pokemon is cured of any previous status ailment(s) received before terastallization.
• The Pokemon's typing switches to the TERA TYPE and loses its previous type(s) unless it is the same.
• Moves that share the same typing as the administered tera type gain a BOOST IN POWER, especially if the tera type is of an original typing they possessed.
• Terastallized Pokemon gain access to a bonus move, TERA BLAST, free-of-charge and without considering moveset limitations.
• Terastallized Pokemon do not need to have a TERA JEWEL/CROWN, though they can if they would like.
• Terastallized Pokemon are IMMUNE to moves and abilities that force them to return to their Pokeball such as ROAR and WHIRLWIND. They will still take damage from moves like DRAGON TAIL.

STELLAR TERA TYPE

THE INDIGO DISK PATCH introduces the 19th tera type: Stellar.[break][break]

On Hoenn, Pokemon who have obtained ALL 18 TERA TYPES by using the 18 different TERA SHARDS a player can buy or earn, can unlock the Stellar Tera Type.[break][break]

Able to imagine themselves as all types, whether they are conjuring ideas of alternate selves in different timelines or universes, these Pokemon are able to terastallize into the remarkable Stellar Tera Type.[break][break]

WHILE TERASTALLIZED INTO THE STELLAR TERA TYPE:

• The defensive/base typing of your Pokemon DOES NOT CHANGE.
• The first time a move of a particular type is used, the damage is boosted.
• If you use the same move or a different move of the same type, the damage is not boosted.[break][break]
  
  FOR EXAMPLE, if your Stellar Terastallized Pokemon uses Hydro Pump, they will get the damage boost the first time. Using Hydro Pump again or another Water-Type move like Bubble Beam will not have the same bonus.
• The move, TERA BLAST receives a boost in damage.
• The move, TERA BLAST will always be SUPER-EFFECTIVE against TERASTALLIZED POKEMON.

Please note that your Pokemon are still able to terastallize into their other tera types (instead of Stellar) if all Tera Shards have been used on them.[break][break]
