The battle was now over. As the Lucario collapsed, the Venusaur let out a sigh of relief, as the fatigue could now be easily felt. Dark Sun recalled the remaining pokemons as he advanced towards the defeated player. In a whisper, Dark Sun said something to the Rotom in his armor. "Initiate Light Mode."[break][break]

Suddenly, the blackness of his armor started to fade slowly, going from his feet and crawling up to the head. As if it was reacting to a form of light. The gems and mirrors upon his armor started to emit colors around him, forming a sort of rainbow effect that happens when Light hits a prism.[break][break]

"Kid, it's not a matter of being good enough or not. What matters is doing your best. What cost you this match was actually being rash and bold in your moves and relying too much on your legendary. While Urshifu is a force to be reckoned with, he cannot equal the might of 3 disciplined creature. I guided your actions and this was the result. But if you had taken more time, thought of what was happening and keeping a broad view of the field, things could've gone differently."[break][break]

He placed his hand on his shoulder gently, before moving away. "Think things through, consider the strengths and weaknesses of your team and how you can plan things up. You're the Hero of Hoenn, surely you can think something out." And upon these final words, a creature covered in crystals appeared out of a dark portal, taking Dark Sun away as the man waved good bye with the back of his hand, not looking back at the man he won against.

the light coming from the masked hero blinded pokkenger to the point he had to shield his eyes with his arms and only brought them down when he felt a hand on his shoulder and looked up at the other "hero" as he started to talk. rash, that would probably be a good description of how he fought. it was sort of how he fought in general, sure he kept simple strategies and basics in mind but they never seemed to be as effective as one would think during his battles. as for relying on his legendary he had to wonder if the guy saw him simply using one as relying on it. other people relied on a single pokemon as the leader of the team. so what was their excuse? it was the only thing he didn't quite agree on it singe he was pretty sure domon worked with the other members of his team just as well as the others did.

it probably didn't help to think about it right now but he still felt like he should object, however before he could the man suddenly stepped away into a portal and disappeared, leaving pokkenger dumbstruck. then he felt a tap on his side and looked over to see the kid he had gave an autograph to looking a little apologetic. "don't worry pokkenger. i think you did your best. you will get him next time won't you?" the kids words got the hero to relax a little bit as he gave a thumbs up and a nod, earing him a smile from the kid as well.
