One down, and one to—

Unfortunately the Starmie walked right into a trap; the next Venoshock attack did the Water-type in. the spinning came to a stop before floating up towards the surface—and a beam of light recalled the Starmie. Tsk.

Now it was a one-on-one battle—and the Greninja hissed as the Toxic made contact.

Trying to deflect the water away, another attempt at Night Slash was fired off randomly, the Greninja temporarily blinded by the cloud of noxious purple liquid surrounding it.

Starmie takes the Venoshock attack and faints due to too much poison damage! Greninja is hit with Toxic and in a panic, attacks wildly with Night Slash!

Tyrant was having a field day.

the Starmie would faint from the poisonous attacks, leaving only Greninja. he would release another Venoshock, being built for sneaky attacks and recovery over long drawn battles. he was getting tired.

the Night Slashes were evaded, his body nimble in the depths. Siobhan avoided the cloud of poison best she could. she did hope Lars would not be caught up in such a state either. but it wasn't like she could signal to the Pokémon.

he was too focused on the battle anyway.

The noxious purple cloud had spread maybe a little too close to where he was currently swimming, before the Toxapex came out strong with a Venoshock attack, catching the Greninja.

Combined with the poison status and the exhaustion from earlier, the amphibian Pokémon also crumpled before Lars recalled the exhausted Greninja.

Damn. So close…

Greninja is alreadt Poisoned from the earlier Toxic attempt before taking the Venoshock head-on!

Greninja faints from exhaustion and the combined Poison-type attacks!
