well, they had started off the match well. but there was only so much a bug could do against a bird. especially when that bug didn't like to listen.

a quick recall as the illumise fell to the ground at the last flame charge.

"well, we did pretty good i think!" even if it wasn't a win it was a learning experience. the beginning of the match went off good.

Sénon didn't recall Fletchinder but rather snapped his fingers signaling for the bird to land his shoulder, not to start digging in the Rangers ear, the FLetchinder did that on his own.

She lost the match but it was uphill for her to begin with and she did manage to keep him at bay for a while. "You've got some talent Giselle Authier." He said her name like he was still trying to remember it.

Because he was.

He was getting familiar with the names of all the rangers he could remember.
"You've also got some growing to do but you're on your way Ranger. Keep up the good work."

she smiled and held teagan's pokeball gently. it was a good match, even if her pokemon didn't enjoy listening to her.

"i'll be working my way to the top in no time! we're going to make the rangers proud. thank you for the battle! and good luck in your future ones."

it was all she could really say. but she was pleased with what happened and maybe they would get better at battling soon. against wild pokemon it was fine but other trainers caused a bit of trouble. strategy was what she needed. and that's what she would get.
