Battling was not something Violet considered herself a specialist in. She practiced enough to be able to defend herself from wild pokemon but it was not till recently that she decided to put a little more effort into it. The reason being, she wanted to gather more information about pokemon energies and some behaviors were better revealed when one was in a duel. There was also the whole, being a part of rocket and having to be able to protect oneself if a league member discovered her. However, she tried not to let such negative things affect her. Discovery had no price to vast for an aspiring scientist. So with that said, she threw out her pokeball and summoned forth Yellow. Her own science project and the center of her thesis when she was getting her degree. 

The bee pokemon flew out of the red light and buzzed around Violet quickly taking in the surroundings since Violet did not give it orders. "Yellow, its okay! We are in the training room. Are you ready to learn something!" Yellow Buzzed in place before darting above the girl and then down in front of her with its stingers down and its head tilted.
