miyako is a crime scene technician in and around slateport city. a sworn officer, she secures crime scenes, takes in evidence, and, most of all, snaps photos of everything, all of that in-between other, regular officer duties. she has been described as the kind of person who has an eye for things and people that nobody else has, but also disparaged for her lackadaisical attitude and lazy countenance. she has a nasty habit of smoking, and sometimes overindulges in drink. few can see what she sees, though: maybe that's why the force keeps her around.
