Allright, fair. Maybe she shouldn't have shit-talked the bimbos. Because boy did they pack a powerful punch![break][break]
Both ladies attacked at the same time, their pretty, bubbly smiles masking the absolutely brutal way they teamed up on Keira and Phoebe. HAZE obscured her vision, and Keira yelped, tripping over her feet as she attempted to avoid the coordinated effort. Unfortunately, she fell backwards - [break][break]
- Right off the side of the platform and into the ocean.[break][break]
Phoebe stared at the remaining three opponents, faced with an important decision: continue to fight, or leap into the sea after her mistress? Well, it's not like the Poliwrath had much of a booty...this had been Keira's contest to win. Without her, well, it was just a regular Pokemon battle, and that wasn't exactly the point, right?[break][break]
Mostly, she just didn't want her trainer to drown.[break][break]
So, with a little bow to the crowd, Phoebe hopped up onto the side of the barge and dove into the water. She found Keira's sputtering form - and what remained of her dignity - and dragged her over to the beach.[break][break]
Well, at least she could go home and take a nice, long nap now. Sleep off her hangover...

Okay, so maybe she'd stayed out a little too late, had a little too much to drink. Getting into the finals of the BOOTY BUMP contest had been unexpected, even if she'd put off an air of confidence: which meant celebrating her success! Except, she'd celebrated so vigorously, she slept right through the starting time of her final match.[break][break]
No matter, she hurried onto the marine stage with her usual air of nonchalant self-assurance. Beside her, Phoebe seemed raring to fight - the Poliwrath having had an actual good night's sleep. Well, at least one of them was prepared.[break][break]
"Who are these bimbos? Keira muttered under her breath, surveying her competition. The cutesy ladies reminded her of Jasmine Blair and Leilani Reinhardt, the way they batted their eyelashes and sported sparkling, skimpy bikinis. Well, no matter. Keira knew that when it came down to it, strength mattered more than beauty in a battle of the booty.[break][break]
Stepping up, Keira waved to the crowd, and shouted, "Sorry to keep you all waiting. Keira Torres, ready for action." She winked, preening as the spectators cheered her name. There was one remaining competitor missing, she realized - wasn't this supposed to be a four-way extravaganza? Guess she hadn't been the only one to sleep in...or something.[break][break]

Keira wasn't exactly a seasoned sailor, but she'd been a fighter all her life...keeping her balance wasn't too difficult, if she focused. But focusing on not making a fool of herself by falling on her face made it difficult to think through their next move. Luckily for her, Phoebe had a plan.[break][break]
Watson was nimble, charismatic, and a fan favorite. Who could really hope to compete with that? The Poliwrath knew she and Keira wouldn't have a chance unless they somehow found a way to stop the Totodile's performance. So, the swirl pattern on her chest beginning to glow, she attempted to send a wave of HYPNOSIS at him.[break][break]

The Totodile might have been small, but he had some mighty dance moves. Phoebe and Keira were both momentarily stunned as the little reptile twirled, hopped, and breakdanced his way into an early lead. The crowd around them roared, and Keira couldn't help but smile.[break][break]
"Where'd you learn to dance like that, eh?" She asked, then eyed Isaac curiously. "You teach him that?"[break][break]
Ah shit, she was getting distracted. This was a battle and she needed to do some actual fighting! She spun, allowing her ass to take center stage, then motioned for Phoebe to make a move.[break][break]
"Don't hold back just because he's cute!"[break][break]
The Poliwrath was clearly as impressed with Watson as her trainer was, but she soon shook herself out of her moment of hesitation and leapt forward at Keira's command, POUNDING the ship's floorboards to try and disrupt the Totodile's show.[break][break]

With that, she twirled around, and waved for Phoebe to prepare her first attack. The Poliwrath eyed the Totodile, then winked. She wouldn't hold back, but that didn't mean she couldn't appreciate his obvious style.

Keira's plan worked! The Octillery fell fast asleep, sliding right off Davey and into the water with a decisive splash! All around them, the crowd cheered, assuming Keira's victory was all but guaranteed.[break][break]
Until her fist collided with Temp's real ass, that is.[break][break]
"What the FUCK? That thing is rock hard!" Keira yelped, shaking her throbbing fingers. Her hand had bounced right off! What Davey's ass lacked in curvaceousness, it seemed to make up in pure muscle.[break][break]
Seeing her trainer falter, Phoebe decided to go on the offensive once more. A SCALDing shower of piping hot water spewed outwards, sizzling as it came into contact with Davey's seemingly impenetrable ass.[break][break]

The goddamn Octo-ass just wouldn't quit![break][break]
Even after taking a series of relentless punches directly to its face, the Octillery somehow managed to hold on to Davey. It was honestly pretty impressive, all things considered. Keira frowned, but then she noticed something important: the Octillery had gone cross-eyed with dizziness.[break][break]
"I think I've just about had it with your ass," Keira decided. "Put 'em to bed, Pheebs."[break][break]
Literally, of course. The swirl on Phoebe's chest began to glow again, summoning a wave of HYPNOSIS that would hopefully give the Octillery a chance to rest...and secure Keira's victory, as she followed up with a punch of her own.[break][break]

The unfortunate thing about the Octo-ass was that, fake or not, it worked.[break][break]
As the crowd "oo-ed" and "ah-ed" over Davey's commitment to his squishy, tentacle-wielding ass, Keira grit her teeth over how annoyingly ineffective Phoebe's PSYCHIC had been. Fine. She could fight fire with fire. That was basically her specialty.[break][break]
"Time for a spanking," Keira growled.[break][break]
This time, Phoebe didn't attack from afar. The Poliwrath dashed forward, aiming a spectacular flurry of CLOSE COMBAT punches right into the Octo-ass, hoping to knock it off of Davey once and for all.[break][break]

Keira had to admit - she had not necessarily been prepared for her opponent's Octillery to literally become his new ass. The surprise alone caused her to freeze, staring open-mouthed at the display, which allowed Davey's tentacle-wielding ass to slam into her full-foce and throw her off balance. With a yelp, she slid backwards along the deck of their barge, Phoebe leaping in front of her, fists raised[break][break]
"Clever," Keira grinned, regaining her composure. "And totally fucking ridiculous."[break][break]
The swirl on Phoebe's chest began to glow, and Keira raised a hand, dramatically pointing a manicured crimson fingernail at Davey.[break][break]
"The thing is, Davey, people can always tell when it's fake."[break][break]
A blast of colorful PSYCHIC energy beamed outwards from the Poliwrath, heading directly for Davey and his Octillery.[break][break]

The gangster's bikini was a vibrant crimson and it showed off the curve of her well-endowed ass about as well as could be expected. Jack Magnus and Marshall Slade had better be watching: she was about to win Orthrus some cash![break][break]
"Davey, was it? May the best booty win," she greeted the man before her, returning his wink. He was cute, but that didn't deter her. She'd figured everybody in this contest would be good looking, given the context, so she simply had to do a better job at fighting than everybody else - which was no big deal, really. Keira's eyes fluttered open as a blast of fresh air hit her. Blearily, she realized she was being cradled in Hades's arms. She struggled but the Charizard held her tight, not allowing her to get away so easily.[break][break]
"'M fine, Hades," she mumbled, clearly not fine at all. The world was still spinning slightly, but she could see that they were outside the club now, a short distance away. Keira felt a pang of frustration - they might not have been caught, but there were a lot of valuable goods that would go to waste depending on how bad the fire in the basement ended up being.[break][break]
Oh well. Rocket's problem now. They were alive and that's what mattered.[break][break]
"Hey, baby girl, good job in there," she called over to Jazz. The younger woman was frantically typing away on her phone. "Let's get back to headquarters. I was bit by a Seviper and..." she faltered, a wave of nausea overtaking her. And I need you to tell Marshall I need him, she almost said, but instead: " - and I think I might pass out again, so let's get going asap."[break][break]
She flashed the hostess a proud, encouraging smile. She'd likely saved Keira's life and that was no small thing. She'd owe her big time.
